if I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!! When originally booking with them, I asked specifically about the reviews regarding patient wait times. I was assured that they had a transition of management and are now on top of it. THIS WAS A BLATANT LIE. My husband had an appointment this morning (3/20/17) at 10am. He waited for an hour and then was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. At this point I reached out to the office myself. Here is the explanation that I received: The office manage (Heidi) has a triple booking policy. This means that every appointment time must have 3 clients scheduled at the same time in order for the scheduler to start offering appointments further out. In our case, this means that the provider was scheduled for a root canal, a crown w/fillings and my husbands root canal evaluation all at the same time. I was also informed that evaluations (should be a 10-15 min appointment) are seen last on this list. They are in fact under new management. The new office managers name is Heidi. I have been informed that this is her policy. Scheduling is her decision. The dentists do not control this policy. I also asked specifically if they understood that this policy basically tells clients that the dentists time is the only valuable time and communicates to their clients that their time is not valuable. I was told that they do understand this and that they consider the dentists time to be unquestionably more valuable than the time of the waiting client. In short, this practice (specifically the office manager Heidi) does not respect their clientele. I have also filed a complaint with my insurance provider. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!!! **UPDATE: At the close of the evaluation, my husband was referred to a dentist in El Paso because the provider (Dr. Oushy) Did not want to work with a client with a mental health condition. My insurance has recommended I file a complaint with the State Board of Dentistry. I will be doing so**

I wish I would have read these reviews first! This place is the worst, very unprofessional, will not return with my 4 children and have cancelled my parents and also my inlaws appointments. Heard so many negative comments by an older assistant Katie, tell another older one how the office manager was ran off and how glad they were to have made her time miserable there!!!!!! Im an administrative assistant for the city of las cruces and found this so inappropriate and sad!!! Then the Dr was seen by my 8 and 9 yr old daughters fondling the young xray tech in the xray room!!!!! WHAT IS THIS PLACE!! On my way out I told the front desk girl and she said, well thats why we moved to this location to get rid of the bad reviews!!!!!!!!! OMG, really KIDSKARE!!!!!!! Never again!!!! Glad you think Las Cruces people are that dumb to believe a new building is gonna do the deed for you!!!!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!

I was with this office for 1 year. I saw the dentists 5 times. The 4 cleanings rendered over an hour wait time and a new hygenist every time. I have extremely sensative teeth and only 1 hygenist had the common sense to numb my gums in those areas with a topical gel to prevent any discomfort. The other three would tell me "its almost over. Hang tight." I never saw a Dentist longer than 4 mins, except for my first visit when they told me that my wisdom teeth had to come out. I never saw the same Dentist twice. The last dentist told me that I had two cavities but didnt show me any proof that they were real. The waiting room was so loud and uncomfortable. I wont be returning.

Will never go again after waiting 1hr we were never called back according to staff the rooms were full but as soon as an employees father showed up a room opened up for him not even 10 min later he was taken back!!! I walked out and called to complain and of course long wait on the phone to talk to someone i hung up and no one ever called me back!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

Wait times were over 30 minutes past my appointment time, and there was no such thing as individual service. A different person was in charge of each station and the small interaction between me and the staff was at best cordial. This was not a warm inviting place and I will not be returning.

I dont know a better place to go for your kids dentist appointment except Kids Care! my kids absolutely adored the decoration and kid friendly waiting room. all the dentists and staff are very nice. be sure to ask someone to say hello to a staff sterilizer Adam Yarbro. :)

I appreciate that I can see the dentist evaluate my children, hence I know exactly what is happening. I also value that we can all come in as a family. Mostly I am thankful that they are open to my different ideas (X-rays every 19 months to 2 years).

Been attempting to get ahold of anyone for weeks now have not been able to go Im because of there extremely inconvenient hours. They refereed my son out to a specialist and I have not been contacted buy the specialist nor the dentist office.

Literally took us three hours here. The only reason it didnt take longer is they close at 4. They didnt complete what we needed done in one trip want us to come back in three weeks and pay out of pocket for the rest of the cleaning.

I like the promptness of service and feedback from nurse performing cleaning. Everything went pretty well today. Overall my visit and my sons was very pleasant. Cleanings were done quick and effective.

The staff is very friendly. I was seen right away. The lady who took my teeth x-rays was very nice and friendly. The lady who cleaned my teeth was fun to talk to. They make me feel comfortable here.

Fast and friendly. I was in severe pain from an abscess and I called as a walk in. I was seen in five minutes and after x-rays was given a numbing med. The dentist and Assistant were awesome.

Over all, friendly staff, but crazy long wait at the Las Cruces location. I think people with appointments should be seen on time no matter how many Walk-ins came in ahead of them.

Horrible customer service wait time is insane waited 2 hours just for a cleaning I WOULD NOT recommend you come here. The place is crowded. Save time and go else where!

This has always been my favorite dentist been here since I was 5 years old. Im now 20 still coming here and I dont think its going to change. Everyone is so friendly.
