For the past several years, Ive been seeing a periodontist. My gums and teeth were so bad there was no point in seeing a dentist. At my last periodontist session, I told my periodontist that Id decided to go to my Moms dentist because he was in-network for my insurance and my Mom loved Dr. Milavec. My periodontist said I picked one of the best dentists in town...and Thomas was good too. Yesterday, I saw the Gentle Care Dentistry folks and had my teeth cleaned (and it didnt hurt as compared to what Ive gone through in the recent past). Then I saw Dr. Milavec. He evaluated my teeth/gums and weve agreed to pull one more tooth and then make a partial. Its the same plan my periodontist (whom I really like and trust) suggested. So were scheduled to proceed early next year. The cost will be something I can afford with insurance and I believe it to be reasonable. Im hoping my partial will fit just as well as my Moms dentures do. She has had absolutely no issues with hers.

The first time I came to Gentle care everything was great. Friendly staff and great work on my teeth. A day before my next appointment, I called to confirm the time scheduled. Come to find out the next day, the lady I spoke with gave me a wrong appointment time and told me I would not be seen because I was "late" with the impression that it was my fault. Instead of trying to reschedule me, this rude individual began to argue with me. If you have poor customer service you should NOT work with people and it makes the rest of the staff look unprofessional. If employees at the front desk cant act appropriately I wouldve hated to see how I would be treated further down the line of staff.

These guys are awesome. They squeezed me into a next day appointment when my wisdom tooth was giving me trouble (it was cutting into my cheek), and the extraction was quick and easy. The staff is super friendly, and my dentist was very polite. I left with clear instructions on what to expect post-extraction, and when I called in with a question the day after, they were happy to assist. I dont have dental insurance, so cost is an important factor for me - they charged way less than what a couple other offices were quoting me for the same procedure. Thank you for everything! I will definitely be recommending this place to others.

This is truly a remarkable dentist. He is an honest dentist!! - not out to make a fortune on you like so many of the others. He is not as expensive as many of the others and he truly caters to the coward like his ad says. I cannot say enough good things about this man - I am just amazed and thank God I found him!
