Less than a month ago I had taken my daughter for her appointment as a new patient. The staff was very nice of course however, the discoveries of their estimations on my daughters teeth were unbelievable. They explain the amount of work that needs to be done on her teeth which made me and my daughter feel bad due to their discoveries. I was astonished. Although I agreed in scheduling her for her future appointments for fillings, caps, root canals etc. when we left the office, no longer than an half hour went by they told me they had a cancellation to start procedures and how much the insurance will cover and what will come out of my pocket. I didnt agree to bring her in that day due to the inconvenience. I did receive another call either that same day or next day speaking of out of pocket costs. I ignored it. Its a good thing my daughter no longer has managed care health because the dental practice only accept state insurance. With my commercial insurance and her dads insurance I took her to a new dentist that was very reputable and I loved the service we got and the review of my daughters teeth. My daughter had a good review and there were only three discoveries vs the 10 or more Cass County Dental Clinic discovered. CCDC you need to be honest with your patients/parents. Overcharging your patients with work that does not apply, shame on you!!! You take advantage of the opportunity with State assistant recipients and overcharge!! Patients PLEASE GET SECOND OPINIONS. Very displeased

i went there about a month ago, got 3 teeth filled, and when they were filing down the filling, they chipped my tooth without me realizing. i havent been able to drink or eat anything on the right side of my mouth since then. when i went in a few weeks later to get 2 more fillings that i supposedly "needed" but have never had problems with before, she said that my tooth wasnt chipped, even though my mom and i both saw it, i even took a picture of it. during that visit, they gave me the shot in my gums, but then made me wait for over 45 minutes until they finally started. the novecane had obviously started to wear off, but the dentist refused to give me more even though I was near tears from her drilling into my teeth. and after I started complaining about the horrible pain in my mouth, she started acting careless. the dentist was poking me with her tools and kept shoving the bite block into my mouth, which caused a pretty big sore on the inside of my cheek. she also put wayyyy to much filling on my back tooth and never filed it down, which kept me from being able to bite down all the way. I hate this dentistry and Im having my mom switch. Ive gone here since it opened, and Ive never had visits like those before. ridiculous.

The only reason they get one star is you have to rate them in order to post!!!! How bout negative one. I took my kids in for new patient app & had the most horrible experience Ive EVER encountered!!! The first appointment they made us wait for over a hour & a half between each appointment, even though their policy is that the siblings are seen at the same appointment time. They were EXTREMELY rough to the point that my son was cringing in pain, and this was just from a cleaning! The staff was so rude that I had to walk out to calm down. But I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. And one of my sons had some extractions he really needed done. So second appointment was even worse and me and the dentist got into a shouting match because they waited until we were in the chair to decide they were not going to do the extractions. Saying they didnt want to be "liable" for anything & they were just looking out for my son. Again the staff was rough on my other son getting sealants in the next room. Needless to say we wont be returning. Trust these Google reviews because they are accurate!!! I have never been treated so badly. They are VERY unprofessional & poorly trained!

I have taken my kids for 3 years here and never had a problem. My son has no cavities although another dentist in Kansas said he did and that he needed hospitalization. My daughter however, had 5 cavities, for which we were referred to another dentist since she is 5 and will not sit still. They took care of her there too and she came out only drowsy from the anesthesia but without any other pain and complications. They always treat my kids and I nice although they have medicaid. It is very hard to find a dentist who will take medicaid at all so I am very pleased and grateful.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental clinic! I have 4 children and all 4 of them have seen the staff, dentist, and dental hygienist. They treat them with kindness and respect. They answer any and all questions and they have gone above and beyond for my daughter who has anxiety issues. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Do NOT confuse this office with another office in Raymore with a similar name.

my children have been going to Cass county dental for 3 yrs and on that time i have had nothing but excellent service and friendly professional staff... i recommend that if you havent tried thos place to do so....alot of you maybe getting it confused with another place. well take it from me this place is better and staff is nicer and gentler with kids....

Taken my timid shy daughter there, they wouldnt let me go back there with her then when done they told me she didnt act good and they turned me away, every dentist we went to after them loved my child and had good reports she didnt need any cavities and it amazes me that this place is sooo broken without higher up look into their system.

This place is AMAZING! They are quick, friendly, and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist for little ones.
