We brought a 2 year old home from China and needed a pediatrician. They were close to our house so I called to make an appointment. They did not answer their phone for days!! The message machine said I was calling during their normal hours of operation but they never answered. Their machine said they would return voicemails the next business day, but did not. I didnt bring a child from half way around the world to wait for days to reach a pediatrician to get an appointment. If its that hard to get a live person, I cant imagine how hard it is if your child needs to be seen soon. Going somewhere else. P.S. I would not have picked ANY stars if it gave me the option.

Dr. Hall has been our pediatrician for almost 10 years. She is an amazing doctor, and weve never encountered a practice as efficient and effective as hers. She works alone, answers her own phones, administers her own shots. There is no middle man, so sometimes you do have to wait to get a phone call back, or know when the best times are to call. She never rushes you and takes the time to get to know you and your family. She is on time 98% of the time, unheard of in most practices. We will continue to see her until my kids are 18, and quite possibly continue seeing her after that if she allows! You couldnt find a better practice or doctor.

Dr. Hall is wonderful. She takes the time to listen to us, and she never doubts my "moms intuition" about what is going on with my kids. She is gentle with my kids and explains everything she is doing. She goes above and beyond to see us on the same day we call, if needed. We recently moved 30 minutes away from Highlands Ranch, but I didnt even consider looking for a new pediatrician, because when you find someone this good, you hold onto them.

Dr. Hall is amazing. Ive been with her since my daughters first newborn visit and she has been with us through my sons serious respiratory problems (RSV/Croup). Ive grown to adore her because shes been so supportive and is always "on call". Ive called her in the middle of the night when my children have been sick. There arent many Doctors like her!

We have been seeing Dr. Hall for many years now and my children love her, shes kind, loving and is a top class pediatrician. I even got my sister to change her pediatrician so my niece could be in the capable hands of Dr. hall.

Dr. Hall is great! :) Shes gentle and kind, and my kids love going to see her. And she has always managed to squeeze us in when the kids arent feeling well.
