This office is ridiculous! Avoid at all costs! I went for just a small issue. First they didnt get around to seeing me until 45 minutes after my appointment time, then they billed my insurance the wrong issue - which my insurance company brought to my attention because they were not going to complete. So Ive called the office at least 10 times now. First it was that the main nurse Mary was not available but she would get back to me...Didnt happen, until after several more calls I finally got ahold of Mary, and she said the Doctor would have to make the changes but of course the Doctor would be gone for the next week, so I asked her if she could call me after the doctor returned...Didnt happen...So I called the next week and again Mary is busy, so I will now have to make a trek back to the office. Seriously, this place is a nightmare...Something so simple has now wasted several hours of my life...I would not go back here if my life depended on it...And my issue is still not resolved...

I would give this place negative stars if I could. While i was sitting waiting for my appt. which was 20 minutes late, a nice lady walked in with her baby. She said she was 4 minutes late and she is sorry. They charged her the co-pay and only than they told her she was 5 minutes late and they will not take her in, she needs to make a new appt. and leave. I can not believe she had to fight with them on refunding the co-pay too. I have NEVER in my life seen such behavior from any type of business. You and your staff should be ashamed of yourselves. Who treats their patients like this??? Ok I understand she was 4 not 5 minutes late, but she did make it and obviously was slightly late because she was with her baby. HOW DO YOU TURN DOWN A MOTHER LIKE THIS??? I think this place needs some new ownership management and staff asap. I will never come back to this place after what i have witnessed today.

My mother fell and hurt her back. She called the office at 11 a.m. to get approval to get an x-ray. The receptionist said they would get the form filled and faxed to the imaging office in two hours. We still hadnt heard back by 2 p..m., so we called. The same receptionist said items of "higher priority" came up, so they would get back to her within the hour. By 3:30, we still hadnt heard anything, so we called again. Same response. Finally at 5 p.m. (on a Friday afternoon), we get a phone call telling us to go to the ER. We easily could have gone to the ER at the start of it all had we known this would be the outcome. Instead, they dragged my hurting mother along for 6 hours with the promise of an approved x-ray. My mother accepted it gracefully, but I am frustrated and angry that she was treated so poorly and with SUCH poor, rude, and dishonest communication.

If you dont deal directly with your doctor on prescriptions. Then they are not going to get done. But we do love going and seeing Dr Doolan. In my opinion he is a very good doctor. To bad the front office staff has to make them all look bad. And I have no idea who this person is that they call the prescription nurse. But she does not know how to do her job. I have been going to this practice for a long time and I have to say Im very dissappointed.

This would be a -5 if it were an option. Good luck getting standard refills. Had pharmacy FAX over two weeks ago, have called three times (always assured it would be handled that day), and would call back. Doesnt happen. The only way to get Rx is to make an appt to see Dr. - a total waste of time and money. This is not the first time with this problem. They also do not reply to portal questions. This is it - I am looking for a new Dr. now.

Level of service: January 25, 2017: Pharmacy faxed a prescription reauthorization request to DIMG. 3 faxes from the Pharmacy, 3 unanswered phone messages from me and an email before I received a call back Tuesday, February 7 that it was now on the doctors desk. Today is Friday, February 10 and still no prescription. Am not amused.

Myself and my husband have been seeing Dr. Robert Doolan for a long time. He has always taken the time to explain things to both of us. He is very professional and very nice. And we will continue seeing him for a very long time. Thank you Dr. Doolan

They dont know very much, so they refer out for everything. I HATED every doctor they sent me to. While they are okay themselves the company they keep says much more about them. I will never trust them with my health again, you shouldnt either.

I agree that this practice is very disorganized and make life difficult. EXCEPT I loved Dr. Francu. Left the practice when they sold it to CU. Do NOT like new doctor. Might try to go back to Dr. Francu when I can change again in October.

Been trying to make an appointment as a new patient for over a week. I have left three messages and they will not call me back. Ive heard good things about the doctors, but not sure how helpful that is if you can never get an appointment.

Worst office staff and I ever dealt with. The office manager refused to answer phone calls or return any phone calls to correct and insurance claim that they screwed up. We have been battling to get a claim fixed for over 6 months.

When you call them, you only get an answering machine, and they NEVER return your call, even though their machine says they will do so within 24 hours. Dont waste your time and money on this place!

I am very impressed with Dr. Francu and her care of my husband. Whatever little office/admin. glitches we encounter are promptly and courteously corrected. I am glad a friend referred us.

Extremely poorly managed office. Not at all impressed with the doctor our family wound up with when the one we were very happy with left the practice last year.
