OMG this is the most amazing medical office I have ever been to! Customer service is out of this world fantastic, Dr. Ryan Reid is not only an amazing eye doctor, hes incredibly knowledgeable in other areas of medicine. I have many medical issues and it can get pretty complicated being my doctor but Dr. Reid had it covered, no explanations, calls to my other doctors for info, no googling, he just knew exactly how to treat me. (even better, he talks to you like youre his mental equal. If you ask questions hes more than happy to explain things but he does not talk down to you like a lot of doctors tend to do) I am so thrilled with the service I received here. Not only is everyone smart, funny and extremely nice, but they really do treat you like family, they know you. I had been there once...almost a year ago!...prior to todays appointment, and right when I walk in Linda says Ah! You cut your hair! They asked about my husband, how my medical treatments were going, they remembered all the random details that I said to them nearly a year ago. They are all such amazing people. 10 out of 10... highly recommend this office...one of THE BEST doctors that I have ever been to with THE BEST office associates!

I had a wonderful first experience with Meadows Family Eye Care. The process of filling out the initial paperwork was very easily completed online so when I arrived they could take me right in. The Doctor performed the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. He explained a lot about eye conditions and spent extra time with me discussing my personal eye care. Honestly, I felt as though he really cared. I didnt end up purchasing my eyewear there and there was no pressure associated with a purchase. My star rating was almost published as less than perfect only because I do wish that they would not "authorize" the eyewear purchase with your insurance before you come in. Because they pre-athorized, they had to call the insurance and let them know I would not be purchasing eye wear there. Aside from that it was a great experience.

Dr. Reid was absolutely fantastic! He explained everything he was doing every step of the way - and I truly believe he cared that I understood! This, for me, is huge. Can you imagine how many times a day he does that? Multiply that by days, months, and years and you could see how that could become so routine that it comes across as robotic. That was NOT the case with Dr. Reid. Add to that his wonderful staff, especially Linda (she sent my wife and I home crying - from laughing so hard!), and you have a winning formula that will have me coming back EVERY time! ps - I forgot to mention that he has me seeing better than I have in about 20 years!! (And I aint no spring chicken anymore. ;-) )

I have been extremely happy with the care and interest that this practice extends to its patients. From phone calls to visits everyone is friendly, helpful and I felt it was one of the best eye exams Ive ever had. On my first visit it was discovered I had a tear in my retina and it had started to detach. Dr. Reid was kind, informative and directed me to a specialist who was amazing himself. The entire experience was as good as it could have been. I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 4. There is one thing to be wary of. The entire insurance/billing process. They make mistakes and assumptions. When I pointed out mistakes they fixed it but just watch and nip it in the bud.

We have had an excellent experience with this practice over the past year. My husband convinced me after his visit to switch over because I would be shocked at the high caliber of knowledge Dr. Reid has compared to our previous doctor. Whoever thought it would be so fun to visit an eye doctor? Dr. Reid is brilliant literally and very informative. He is very personable. Linda and Logan are a blast! If you are not laughing while you are working with them, you might be losing out. The receptionist is super sweet and always makes time for questions. This office is well trained in their speciality and a delight to visit.

I found the Meadows Family Eyecare based on location. I had a great experience overall. We had just switched insurance companies, and the staff here put in extra time to work with my insurance. They were very personable and helpful. During my visit, I could tell that the eye doctor loves his job. He said out loud everything that he was looking at. There was a night and day difference between him and my last eye doctor who seemed to be just trying to get through the day. To me that means that he really cares about my eye health. I have been to 6 different eye doctors in my life and have had my best experience here.

My family and I have been going to the Meadows Family Eye Care for the past 4 years. Linda is a hoot! She always makes us laugh, and takes good care of us, by telling me about manufacturer rebates that are offered on our contacts. Dr. Reid is very professional, and makes sure our vision is the best it can be. They even helped us out last Summer at a moments notice when we had friends visiting from Texas, and their son lost his contact lens. No need to go anywhere else for your vision needs, Dr. Reid and staff will take great care of you too!

The staff was welcoming and professional; had a "small town" feel yet definitely up to date on training and education. The doctors are very knowledgeable, going above and beyond to ensure you have the best care for yourself and your family. I would recommend them for families and people of all ages! Dr. Reid was very patient with both my boys, making the experience fun and beneficial for them. Even my youngest son who deals with anxiety felt comfortable and relaxed during the whole exam. Their prices are very reasonable as well!

I visited Meadows family Eye care for my first pair of glasses a couple months back. Dr Reid was very thorough through his examination and gave me the prescription lenses that are perfect for my eyes. Linda, in the front office is one of a kind a so great to deal with. She made picking out my first frames and getting them ordered easy. They both display award winning attitudes about what they do. My family and I will always go there for our glasses. We have had a horrible experience with Meadows. We recently moved from Colorado and had purchased glasses weeks before our move. They initially made my husbands glasses in correctly. We have had to wait almost a month and a half to receive the new frame and the lenses are still correct. We have been waiting approx 3 weeks for my sons frames. When I called I was told that they would call me back, still havent heard from them. Terrible customer service.

Dr. Ryan Reids services extends to pre-screening for LASIK surgery in addition to our annual eye health review for my entire family. His recommendation and relationship with the Mile High Eye Institute, Dr. Richheimer in particular, makes for an outstanding team that delivers results with a personal touch.
