Scheduling an appointment was very easy as was the exam itself. However, when my glasses broke and I needed to order a new pair away from their office, they were unable to email me my prescription as the receptionist said "they were not allowed to do so." Being unable to see, I finally made my way to them and then was told I needed to final my prescription with another follow up appointment. And then, on top of all of that, when I told them to forget about it and Id go somewhere that was more tech savvy, they proceeded to tell me that they could actually email it to me if I needed it. Oh, and did I mention their frames without lenses are almost two-times what I can pay online? Youve got to be kidding me. I pay for a professional because its not my field of expertise. I dont pay to have different excuses and answers that contradict themselves nor should I have to double check your pricing compared to others. Ive needed glasses all my life and have never had such poor service.

Find someone else to see - they only care about selling you things you dont need. Until today I thought they were fine, but today was seen for a sudden change in vision and a few other concerns. They checked my vision and found that my contacts prescription is wrong, but didnt want to do anything about it unless I bought glasses or waited 2-4 weeks to see someone else. I dont (and cant) wear glasses daily, and I incorrectly assumed theyd be interested in helping to fix the issues with my vision. They were rude, insulted me and truly only seemed to care that I buy new glasses from them. I left with no resolution to my issue and will not be returning as a patient. Very unhappy with my experience.

I wish I had better things to write about the doctor who has cared for my eyes since childhood. Dr. Giltner is trying to transition his patients to a newer doctor to prepare for his retirement, and the service has changed dramatically for the worse. I was a lifetime patient, even getting Lasik with Dr. Giltner in 2009. Today, I am back in glasses. The turnover has been rough, but Im sure this office will get its act together.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I received an eye test for my first pair of glasses and the doctors were personable and knowledgable. Helped me try on a range of glasses and found the pair that was right for me with no pressure. Great selection of glasses and exceptional optometrist.

I first visited Colorado Eye Center a few years back and recently had my yearly checkup. Jason took great care of me, and was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He got me into a pair of glasses that look and feel great. I highly recommend these guys, and will definitely be back.
