I checked into the little clinic at 2pm online. Said it was a 2 hour wait and that I should show up 10 to 4. so I showed up at 3:45 and the lady tells me its going to be an hour and half more and I should go to their other location. What was the point of registering online if you couldnt estimate an appropriate wait time? So I call their other location and confirm a 20 min wait time. I register online - again. Well Ive been sitting here for 20 mins now and there are people in front of me. Again what was the point of registering online? Oh and I also checked in with flu like symptoms and wasnt even offered a mask. Guess too bad for everyone around me.

I called The Little Clinic at 6:10 pm and asked if I needed to make an appointment for my son’s sports physical. They said no, they were open until 7:30pm and we should just come in. They couldn’t guarantee how busy they would be but they would take their last patient at 7:15 pm. We drove the 30 min. it takes us to get there and were there by 6:40 pm. They said they could not see us because they had other people that arrived before us. What a waste of my time and gas money! I would not recommend them to anyone.

I waited on hold for 20 min. The voice mail says sports physicals no appointment necessary. My son will be 16 in 2 days and was with his 18 yr old sister and they were turned away. Helpful information to have if they could have answered the phone this morning when I called. Have to go back to be a guardian for a 16 year old to have them fill out a 1 page paper. Not to mention they were rude to my kids and myself.

Went in at 5:15pm for a physical. They dont close until 7:00pm but yet I was told they couldnt take any new people. After reading the other reviews on here, seems like this is a common issue. If you cant take new people in the evening, then put that on your site or allow reservations. Its a waste of time for people to drive all the way down there almost 2 hours before close and be turned away.

I went to this clinic with my four year old son about an ear infection. There was one person in front of me waiting. I finally left after an hour and a half, still had not been attended to. I think it is ridiculous to wait 1.5 hours for service! I recommend going elsewhere if your time is of value to you.

I went in for my work physical, and though it was my first time visiting and I flubbed signup, the aide at front was patient and kind and told me what mistakes I made. The Doctor I saw was also very kind and thorough during checkup. I will definitely visit again!

My first visit was last night. The doctor on duty was very professional, friendly, and helpful. She was thorough and not rushed. Having the King Soopers pharmacy in the same place was also convenient. Will definitely use them again when needed.

They do not close at 7:30!!! I called ahead to verify whether my son could be treated, came in at 7:15 and I was told, very coldly, that they were closing and they wouldnt see my son. Very rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!!

Ive brought my kids and myself to this clinic several times for ear infections and other minor things outside our regular doctors hours. I always get what I need. And theyve always been kind and professional.

Terrible service, the incompetent receptionist couldnt be more clueless when it comes to figuring out her computer system and getting the kids seen in a timely manner. Not coming back to this place.

I have always had a positive experience at this clinic. Convenient, efficient, considerate care. The nurse practitioners are thorough, communicative, and caring.
