Dr Ross took his time with me. Finally.. a doctor that listens to everything you need to say before jumping into tests or exams. A doctor that takes into consideration all factors of your health and family history. A doctor that also lets you make your own decisions. The exam was obviously painful because of my condition, but he identified my problem quickly and compassionately. He didnt just tell me to "relax" like the last obgyn who checked me out. He explained how the tenseness itself, along with my other symptoms combined, pointed to something I had never considered or even heard of but made complete sense. Although I agreed, he still gave me the option of an ultrasound to check for the problem I assumed I had but he didnt think I had, IF I wanted one. THAT made all the difference to me. A say so in my medical diagnosis options. 3 years of pain and worry, multiple doctors, incorrect diagnosises, and thousands of dollars in medical expenses could have been spared if I would have went to Dr. Ross first. I will never see anyone else again. It also should be noted that I pay out of pocket as I am in between insurance right now and the exam itself was very reasonably priced, along with the extensive talking and counseling I received at no extra cost to me. Truly amazing. I paid under $100. The office was beautiful and even though I was crying in extreme pain, everybody in the entire office was so kind and caring from the time I arrived to when I walked out. I dont know why anybody would go anywhere else. Take my advice. This is a wonderful place for regular check ups or to go if you are having womanly concerns or pelvic pain, not only for pregnant women.

If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. I had a prescription through my doctor here and my insurance information changed (yay new job, but unfortunately have to use express scripts now). It has taken 3 months to get my doctor to respond to express scripts. In the last week, Ive had to call every single day and leave a voicemail. The first time I got through to a human being was to the after hours line which was being transferred during business hours. When the medical assistant finally returned my call she that the doctor would not approve my request bc they want to see me in the office. Mind you, I paid $120 5 months ago for a prescription consultation appointment (an appt they forced me to have separately than the exam Appt I already had- I tried to take care of it all at once). I only need that prescription transferred and this has been incredibly frustrating. I do not want to pay towards my deductible again, I want the rest of my 7 months of prescription that I already came in for and paid for. Got a call from them today saying they would send one month to express scripts but no more, until they see me. Well, they wont be seeing me again. I dont feel like a valued customer after this. If it takes 7 business days of leaving voicemails to get a call back, they dont care about you.

The doctors at this office are great! However, the front desk staff is far from. Dawn is very nice and professional but the other women that sits at the front towards the back at the second computer to schedule follow up appointments had been rude, combative, and overall not customer service oriented. She tries to argue and in my opinion has no idea what she is trying to argue about. She told me they only take Medicaid, not Health First Colorado but Medicaid IS Health First Colorado now! Which was confirmed after she rudely aruged with me and another employee had to correct her. If her lack of knowledge didnt come with the tremendous amount of attitude it wouldnt be as much of an issue for me. If it wasnt for the great doctors at this office, Ashley the ultrasound tech (who is awesome!) and the fact I already delivered once with this office, I would definitely find somewhere else to go based on the experience I have had with the one unwelcoming women at the front desk.

After having a terrible experience at a previous Obgyn I had a friend refer me to Mountain Vista and Im glad she did. I started going to them when I was around 16 weeks pregnant. They always make me feel welcome when I come in and know me by name now. (Currently 33 weeks pregnant) I usually never have to wait more than 10 minutes in the lobby to be seen. The MA Devin is very nice, prompt and personable. Dr.Moss is very kind and patient. With me being a first time mom and having lots of worries he always takes the time to answer my questions fully without any frustration. He also doesnt pressure me into doing anything I dont want to, and he is very much a straight forward guy which I appreciate. He especially showed his patience and kindness today when I came in worried about some odd symptoms I was having, he checked me throughly and reassured my worried mind that everything was ok and going well. I Will definitely be coming here while Im in the Denver metro area

Mountain Vista Womens Care staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to scheduling appointments. Both the front office and the back office timely even when the office is busy. I have never had a problem with an outrageous rate or anything of that sort. The office is very clean and organized, which is noticeable. I have been a patient at Mountain Vista Womens Care for 4 years now and would recommend this company to anyone. I know there are a bunch of great doctors and nurse practitioners within this practice, but Joan Girard is the nurse practitioner I use and I love her. She treats patients with the respect they deserve and makes sure the patient understands all the answers to their questions. Joan Girard is wonderful and so is this entire practice!!

This doctor is absoultly terrable if your a young mother or a first time mother... I only say this because i am 18 an about to be a first time mom instead of listing to me about anything they told me that i was wrong.. for exsample when the child that is currently inside me was laying back towards my stomache she kept saying it was a contraction when im telling her its not... also I need to change doctors becasue they afre to far from me and they gave me all kinds of attidude telling me that the other doctors obisously dont want to take care of me.. What kind of doctor says that and exspects me to stay with them.. not only is getting my medical records a hastle from them but they are being and have been rude to me because im a young mother..
