PLEASE READ - I GOT KICKED OUT BECAUSE I NOW HAVE MEDICAID!!!!!! Prior to Medicaid I was paying 200.00 a month and I had no issues seeing the doctor, now because I am in between jobs I had to get medicaid and BAM DROPPED!!! Ive been a patient of Dr. Press for about 5 months. So far, I have had nothing but great things to say about her until today. I had my pharmacy submit a prescription and next thing I know Im being advised that I needed to speak to office manager. After my talk with Kim the office manager, I was advised that they are dropping me as a patient. I was informed since I got a prescription filled by Colorado Arthritis Associates, however in 3 days I took this prescription back to Dr. Press and advised her that it wasnt working and she upd my dose to 3 x a day. I have complied with every thing she has instructed me to do by having xrays, mris and multiple follow ups! I was also dismissed as a patient because they said I used multiple pharmacies however they were pharmacies that the doctor would send the prescriptions to. I feel that I was almost close to resolving my spine pain issues but now I have to start all over with finding a new primary care physician. Thank you Dr. Press for the lack of communication on your end as I have done nothing but comply with your orders. I feel that your practice is no longer professional as you should have spoken to me first. Theres obviously more to the behind the scenes and unfortunately you are not women enough to tell me face to face as to why you dropped me as a patient. I will never forget this and I feel I was very mistreated in this situation.

Ive been coming to Aspen Medical Group for six years, and I am more comfortable with Kendrick Lane, PA-C as a provider than I have ever been with a primary care doctor. He was referred to my by a doctor previously with the group and Im even happier with him. He listens to my concerns, makes suggestions based on both of our needs, and follows up on previous issues. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, and Kendricks MA always takes care of my prescription refills and call-backs within an hour or two. Highly recommend.

You have found the right place, if you are in need of excellent comprehensive medical care. The staff is professional and compassion using their skills, networks, and expertize to provide the best care, which extends well beyond your visit that day. They answer questions that you may not have even thought of yet, they are proactive and care for you. The waiting areas and exam rooms are beautiful, spacious, and include reading material for you to take home. I highly recommend this practice for your health and wellness.

Worst medical experience ever! Dr. Keller was a terrible listener and bullied me into getting an unnecessary shot. No one in the office ever calls back. To get my x-ray results took months. And their patient portal had many glitches. Every time I have called the person on the other end, passed the buck saying it was not their fault and they could not help me with regards to either getting lab results or to getting the portal to show lab results. Very unfriendly place. I strongly do not recommend going there!

Ive always been well taken care of here. Everyone is kind and listens to your needs, no matter what you are there for. The front desk staff are always kind, the doctors, P/As and nurses are all very nurturing and respectful. They really listen there and dont just try to give you a bunch of pills to "fix" you. The guy who draws blood is super nice too, always a happy and nice man. I live over an hour away, but continue to go here because I cant stand the thought of trying to find another place this great!

The Aspen Medical Group has always provided the best care, one could ask for. From the front desk, through the entire visit, one can feel that they have your best health and care in mind. The Doctors always answer all your questions and concerns in a way that you can understand without feeling like your lost in medical mumble jumble. I also get a feeling of being safe there as well. Cant say any more than that.

Dr. Press and her staff were wonderful. I didnt wait as long as I normally have in the past at other offices. She was great a building rapport and definitely made me feel comfortable to discuss my issues, especially with being my first visit. She listened well, asked good questions and seemed genuinely concerned about my needs. I would certainly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a physician.

I see Dr. Crista Keller at this office and she is great. Very knowledgeable and always up to date with current medical literature. I never feel rushed. Her Medical Assistant, Veronica, is excellent. I know if I talk to her and leave her a message with a non urgent request, that I will hear back from her in a reasonable time frame.... certainly within 24 hrs but usually sooner.

Every single person at this office is awesome! Went to Kate Johnson for a physical and she took her time and I did not feel rushed at all. I recommend her for your preventative care needs!. Also, big, big praise to Patrick! I never feel the needle when he takes blood and he never leaves a mark! I HATE getting my blood taken but he almost makes it a pleasure! LOL.

She takes time during appointments to listen and is very helpful with solving problems and giving referrals if needed. Would highly recommend her as a primary care doctor.
