My appointment was at 9:30. It is now 10:45 and I have not been called back. It is now 11:20 and Ive been sitting in a room for over thirty minutes. Smh Also, I was charged more than I anticipated because the office doesnt have access to a central vaccine system so I have to get their vaccines despite most of them probably being on my adult record. I find it odd that a physicians office doesnt have such access. I wonder if its just to get you to pay for the vaccines. Ultimately I just paid because its less of a hasle, but it would have been nice if the woman on the phone told me I had to bring in my entire medical records when I made the appointment, I was informed to bring in my vaccination records, but obviously that didnt include the influenza shot as an adult (just child vaccine record) and now I have to pay for it. $375 in total, while I only anticipated $160- I recommend they be more specific when people call in in regards to what vaccinations they are looking for so they are not surprised during the visit. I wont be coming back.

I am assisting my mother in law write this review. She went to see Dr. Witten a few days ago for a first time visit for a physical. Upon arriving Daniel was abrassivly yelling at his staff for something not being done correctly. This was the first impression. As he saw my mother in law he shoved her paper work to the front desk gal to take care of the intake. Then 30 minutes later she was still waiting for her appointment. There was no one else there. Maybe he was working on paper work, who knows. After finally being called back, Dr. Daniel walked in with a rude attitude and no regard for the patient. He began asking what meds she takes. She couldnt recall and asked him to check his records which he had. He refused and said "I dont have time to do that. You can reschedule the appointment". I cannot presume what the intake process requires. Although, the requirements could have been comunicates before waiting to be seen then rudely dismissed. She felt very unwelcome and needless to say will not come back.

Dr. Borisov is wonderful and caring. I really liked him. Unfortunately, the rest of his staff was very rude and did not seem to care about me as a patient. I started going there when I most to Denver because I wanted a local doctor to fill my anti depressant prescription that I have been on for four years. They require that you come back every three months if you want a refill. This is the only office that has made me do this. It was inconvenient and when I was out his office told me tough luck until I made an appointment. And they only had two openings for that week, their of which worked for me since I work full time. Antidepressants are not something you can just hop on and off of. They did not seem to care and did not let me know until me and the pharmacy had made a few calls to them that they would not get me set up for another month. I called my old doctor and he refilled me for the month while I search for a new doctor.

Ninth Avenue Internal Medicine front desk staff are incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional in how they treat their clients and in the way that the complaints are handled by their supervisors. Vital test results are always delayed and it can take up to three weeks to hear back about tests. My test results are never mailed to my address like they are supposed to and instead are told over the phone which violates privacy rights. More importantly, the receptionist, Nellie, has more than once slammed the phone down on me. At one point, it took 2 months to get my refund back after they made a mistake in over-charging me for a service. My insurance company got involved in trying to help me get my refund back and made multiple calls to their office but none of the calls where returned. DO NOT GO THERE!

This Physician is very skilled and his diagnostics are right on. I would highly recommend this office for any and all internal medicine needs. They are efficient, professional and manage to have a great sense of humor. That is always refreshing during a visit to any doctors office! I also know he also sees patients in the hospital where his talent is very useful. He is able to care for a wide variety of serious issues and once again, his ability to diagnose and treat is always right on the money and his caring and personal bedside manor are the best. It means the world from that perspective!!

Brusque to rude on the phone (3 calls), rude to surly in the office and they require full payment at time of service even if fully covered by insurance. This last part is not usually bad if you are warned before hand but no mention of it until well after all paperwork was filled out. They knew my insurance when I set up the appointment and never mentioned it to me. Im not interested in financing my doctor until they can collect from my insurance. Over all a distasteful and unprofessional experience.

Good, clean office, with friendly and caring staff. Have been to both doctors, Dr. Witten and Dr. Borisov are both very educated and caring. Dont waste your money and time going elsewhere when you can come here, and there are 2 pharmacies on the same facility. Tests always come back fast and never have to do unnecessary tests (which gets annoying). Thanks!! Will definitely only be going here in the future!... OH AND THE PAPER WORK IS EASY AND QUICK TO FILL OUT!

Anastasia gave me a 1 pm appointment today only to cancel it a minute later when she found out Im a new patient. She told me to go to emergency with a sore throat because they keep their emergency appointments only for existing customers. She wanted to schedule me for next week... I cant wait even till tomorrow because my throat hurts so much.... Apparently, this place doesnt need new customers.

I called because I wanted to be a new patient of Dr. Witten. The receptionist was so rude and her tone of voice was extremely disrespectful. The Dr is a member of PHCS and she said that she had worked there was six years and had never heard of this network . He is advertised as a member of PHCS I called another time and got another rude receptionist. Do not go there !

Ive been there twice and both times I thought the front desk staff were a little unprofessional. They talk, loud enough to hear everything, about personal lives and other patients. However, the doc is outstanding. Since Im going to see the doctor, I dont really mind what the rest of the staff is like, as long as they are tolerable.

Office and everyone there is as one would find of looking for an ideal health provider. Everyone Ive met there is Warmly friendly and extraordinarily competent. No matter how troubled I am when arriving I always leave with my spirits buoyed . A place where Im happy to say Ive found caring, personal expert care
