I am quite confused about the negative reviews of the little clinic. . I have been to two locations. The location on Unitah street and also the one on Austin Bluffs Parkway. The first visit was for a sports physical needed on little notice. They were fast courteous and efficient. I did not have health insurance at the time and the physical was under $40. The second visit was one of more importance. My 15 yr old was sent home last week from school with a fever. The next day my husband and I thought we could treat her at home, so we tried to. When she was still sick the next day we tried to make her an appointment at our family doctor. Our family doctor (Iron Horse Pediatrics) said they could not see her until the next day so we decided to give The Little Clinic another try. We signed up online to hold our spot which is super conveminent and Im sure decreased our wait time. There were three other people in front of us when we arrived and or wait time was still less than what we would have spent at our doctors office I think it totaled about 40 minutes. The doctor who ended up seeing us was fantastic. She was friendly efficient and very thorough in treating my daughter. She prescribed antibiotics and even gave her a doctors note for the rest of the week. The Little Clinic is amazing!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Full blown tonsillitis, fevers, etc... Lady told me it was because if dry skin, told me how to shower and apply lotion, no antibiotics, nothing! Also she was barking commands at me like I was a school child. Left the next day sick for vacation with my family. Had to go in again on vacation since I was getting worse, the Dr there said the woman at the little clinic was a fool letting me leave in that bad of condition. Got antibiotics and starting feeling so much better! Then follow up with the little clinics regional manager is a joke. Left 2 messages, never got a call back. I feel I was ripped off, misdiagnosed, misinformed, endangered. Thanks Little Clinic for stealing my money, and for that lousy 2 hour visit that did nothing for me, and risked my health even more, and made my family vacation miserable...

So the Nurse Practioner wouldnt treat the remaining days of a dbl ear infection that was diagnosed by the Physician Assistant at this same clinic. Her own colleague with higher credentials, I guess was wrong...I doubt it. She didnt trust the chart/doctors notes and let her ego take over and that scary. Last time I heard from a million health care professionals, a 10-day course of antibiotic is always necessary. Just saying...maybe you you shouldnt be best friends with the receptionist and be professional.

The doctor was there and I went in with a potential concussion. She said it was after 7 (she confirmed that they close at 730) so she could not help me. A doctor who turns away a head injury has some serious issues. i went to the little clinic because i could walk. shes forcing me to drive and she could have just looked at me.

My friend went in with an ear infection and the idiots who work there flushed it with water and punctured his ear drum..why would you stick anything in an ear that infected??He will be out of work and and is in great pain and they still didnt give him antibiotics??!! Dont go there!!!

The FNP was horrible and extremely condescending. Sonya Coombs. Ill never go back. I went for a sinus infection and was fat shamed and told I had dry skin. I guess she doesnt like treating fellow RNs who know their bodies and know what they need. Control freak.

Dont listen to the other reviews. We just moved here from NY and they took our insurance. We saw Cathy, and she had fantastic bedside manner. She was quick, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend coming here for urgent care needs.

Fast, on point, inexpensive service. I came in with the need for immediate attention, had almost no wait, received an accurate diagnosis, and walked out a prescription that headed off my symptoms with shocking speed. Im still extremely grateful!

My friend is sitting here sick. Almost a 3 hours wait so far. They say they take flu shot patients in between other patients. So in other words they make sick people wait to tend to well people. Sad, ridiculous, and pathetic.
