From the time we walked through the door of The Family Pet Clinic of RB, we were impressed. The friendly staff and immediate service was a nice change vs. the long waits and unfriendly service we received at the so-called "discount" clinics we have taken our dogs to in the So. Bay. We wanted to get a wellness check for our 8-year-old Yorkie, Bella, so we could get the proper flea meds prescribed. We feel very fortunate that Dr. Randall was the Dr. to see Bella. She was friendly, and set us all at ease, being this was our first visit and a little nervous at a new Vet. We cant say enough about the treatment and expert knowledge Dr. Randall provided us on the continued home care for our Bella. We have already recommended F.P.C. of R.B. to several friends and family members and will happily be bringing our other pets to see the staff at F.P.C. of R.B. soon. Thanks So Much!

Family pet clinic Redondo has been my dogs primary vet but never again. I went in for a basic nail trim and grind for my 15lb dog and they charged my $33 without telling me it was going to cost more than average because my dog was difficult. I know $33 dollars is a small amount but it should be common courtesy to disclose or mention this before they smiled and gave me the bill. I will never recommend anyone to take their pets here again.

From the staff who took the time to pleasantly answer all of my questions, to the Vet that took her time, asked a lot of questions and made my new, rather sick, puppy feel at easy, this is by far the best vet Ive ever gone to. If anybody is new to the area, like me, and looking for a top-notch vet, you wont find better.

I started coming here not too long ago and I love this clinic! The staff is super friendly and courteous! I really feel like they truly care about my animals well being. This clinic is now my primary vet for all my fur babies!
