A very mixed bag of feelings about VCA . They are couteous and flexible, however I have a huge issue with them not giving our cat an injectable anti biotic after his tooth extraction and instead making me purchase it and have to give it to my cat orally which I was unable to do adequately, and thus my cat developed an infection that not only caused him a great deal of unnecessary pain and suffering, but also cost us a great deal of extra money to take him back, have them give him the injection of antibiotic which they should have just done in the first place, and have to pay for more pain medication that at that point I couldnt afford. I am considering not going back there for future care for Leo..... who deserved better in my view. I expressed my dissatisfaction over the antibiotics to the girl at the reception desk . She did not argue or put up any defense .

Love bringing my fur babies here. I never feel our appointments are rushed or any issues are overlooked. The doctors are kind and take the time to really look at my dogs and listen to any concerns I have. Dr. Weiss in particular is such a great vet! So glad to have found this practice.

Absolutely the best animal care I have ever had in my 27 years of having many pets! Dr. Jodi Matsuoka is not only an excellent vet but also has an amazing "bedside manor" for both pets and us anxious pet owners. I wish I could find a doctor for myself like her.

Kind and courteous. The staff is always willing to help our little pets. Also Peter Zippo cat rescue located here..They have the best cats from which to choose...come and bring home a new little fur buddy...you will be soglad you did!

Doctors very very friendly and professional. They took good care of my dog when she had surgery. The staff is very up-front with costs and will provide you with an estimate before doing any work.
