My ER experience was so-so. We appreciated the valet parking and the doc was nice, thats about it. I had to check in at a make shift desk because they were under construction. The nurse asked me personal questions that everyone in the area could hear. She also made a smirk about my OB/Gyn and said no one likes him which was so unprofessional. The doctor was nice, the nurses were not. I was suffering a miscarriage and they didnt bother moving me upstairs so I had to be wheeled through cold dark hallways to an ultrasound room which was very weird. Then, two days later a rep from the hospital called to see how I was doing. Like Im going to talk to a stranger about my health??? Two years later I had my mammogram done there and have since found out they do not have the latest technology available. They still use a machine that smashes instead of just imaging. Two and a half years later I went in for an MRI for a shoulder injury and all they had was a very tight closed machine which I could not tolerate. The nurse said they were working on getting a new, larger machine. The hospital looks really nice since its been remodeled but its still not where it should be and I hope theyve changed their miscarriage protocol.

I wouldnt agree with the below review from Rick. I wouldnt expect a psychiatrist to be an expert in medical leave paperwork. You make the most of your group and individual time. If you dont talk about what you need to talk about, your experience wont be shaped around your needs. While there is a minor focus on causes, the main focus of the classes/outpatient program is teaching an individual coping skills - regardless of the causes of the disability or psychic pain. They dont teach how to eliminate the core symptoms behind the disorders in the program. An outside therapist, medication and a lot of work will have to work on that after the program has gotten you to a stable point.

The Outpatient program here is one-size-fits-all. Suffering PTSD? Tough, youre being treated for depression & anxiety. Borderline Personality Disorder? Tough, depression & anxiety. OCD? Depression & anxiety. Simply put, they have nothing for you in outpatient if youre not just a discontented suburbanite with stereotypical suburbanite malaise. If you dont fit into the cookie-cutter shape they have designed for all treatment, too bad. Oh and the psychiatrists dont even know how to start FMLA, disability, etc. So enjoy getting none of the money you put into that system back while here.

It was a wonderful, truly a life changing, and and eye opening experience; the staff and food are great. It is a good mix of hard work and play (free time) for males I strongly recommend Bob O. Wonderful program, wonderful staff, nice facility; highly recommend. if you cant afford it or insurance wont cover it and you are trying to get help for dope they have a research program that is free.

Showed up more than an hour early. Not only was diagnostic imaging unable to perform an ultrasound even a second early in the early hours on a Saturday, they were late. They are either under staffed, poor managers and schedulers, or just plain slow. Go anywhere else or bring a sandwich, pillow, and novel! Meanwhile, Ill still be waiting.

My girlfriend delivered on 12/9/11 and had a wonderful staff of nurses working with us. They were comforting, answered all our questions, responded quickly when we needed them. Overall they made our stay most enjoyable.
