I recently had a routine mammogram . They promised I would receive a letter with the results within 2 weeks. It is now 3 weeks today and no letter. Their excuse may be that they notified my doctor of the results. Today you do not need a doctors orders to get a routine test. By not sending me the results after I requested this is not being good patient centered policy. I am hoping this new cancer center will want to do their part to make sure mistakes dont happen from not communicating test results. Not sure I would recommend this center. Sharron Moskal

I had a diagnostic mammogram earlier in the week. When I received a call that I needed a follow-up, I was anxious. I made the appointment at the earliest time I could, but as I drove by, I stopped in to see if they had any cancellations for today. Even with a skeleton crew, they managed to work through red tape to get me in and send me home with a clean bill of health. I cant begin to express my appreciation for their empathy and persistence to make the earlier follow-up possible.
