Stop please read. If you are a patient & you are. Otherwise you would not need to read this. This is A extremely unprofessional setting. The doctors are very biased. They dont care what kinds of medication, that your body needs. They will not give them to you. I Dont KNOW how they are in business. Unless you just want someone to walk around all zoned out. They dont care what meds you need. They give you what they think that you need. I Was A Special Education Teacher until 2010. When I became severely injured & has been unable to work since then. Instead of this group listing to me. She goes & get another doctor. Then they tell you that he is The head of the clinic & what he says goes. They charged me $40.00 for This visit. I taught Special Education for years & I saw first hand how these meds made my students like zombies. This is the exact same reason that I told them to give Me back Everything That I Had filled out for them. And they ask way to much of your business. But only want to treat you with a bunch of psy meds. Meds that had me worser than I was before. If you have any sanity about yourself. Please do not go here. Now if you want a drawer full of crazy meds. Then this is the place for you. And dont get Me started with their unprofessional ways about just getting a appoiment to see them. My first app. They sent me to the wrong building & when I got in touch with them. They said that I was to late. When I finally found the right bldg. My second appt. They called Me & cancelled on me because they say the doctor had called in. I Am Over It With Alta Point. It Is Very sad when you go to a doctor for help & He tell you that their is Nothing that they can do. I asked for all of My paperwork back & I asked for My money back. Because I received No Service!!!

The therapists are definitely underqualified. Oversimplying issues, using leading questions to try to force me to make statements that check off very basic and infantile boxes, and way too shallow an approach. Im mentally ill, not 7. I feel like Im doing group work in psych 101, not being treated. Its not really helpful for a happy-go-lucky lady to say "would you say you feel trapped?" and other nonsense like that. Im 20 and I feel more mature, grounded, and competent than my middle-aged therapist. Its not a good feeling and it doesnt help me make progress for her to treat me like Im just having a bit of difficulty. I need actual care, not a buddy.

For one, i wasnt aware that my doctor had moved to another doctor and they make me come up there or they will charge me for no show, even tho i dont know who they will put me up with and i have no background information. Only reason i found out was the doctor she moved too told me. People were rude and hung up on me. All they care about is money, they dont care about your problems. They need more professional people up front and maybe they would be a better business.

They cancelled on me, TWICE. The second time was five minutes before my scheduled appointment. They gave no indication they cared that I had to drive 45 minutes just to get to their office, or that I had to work extra hours the day before to compensate the time I would be there. Never go here! Save your headache. So unprofessional, I cant believe they are still licensed.

The doctor that I had before her residency was up was excellent! The assistants that they hire to work the front desk are terrible!!! The last time I attempted to make an appointment. I was treated extremely poorly. Not to mention youre forced to switch doctors once one completes their residency. This is an extremely unprofessional environment.

I find these people to have the utmost professional care and concern for my well being. Being from the Adlerian philosophy myself, its a good match. They are the vehicle to get me where I need to be, they are not there to do magic. You must come with a willingness to heal and some INSIGHT. I appreciate you guys!

Therapist was not the problem. Trying to get in touch with someone in the office is impossible. If you dont mind being transferred to an answering machine that undoubtedly nobody ever checks then this is the place for you.

This clinic will not call people back... they send you to voicemail & then want to charge you a $50 cancellation fee when you have tried to cancel your appointment. Its a joke... take your business elsewhere.

Ive been going here for years and everyone is really sweet on the therapy side. The medical side has some rude people for sure.
