Terrible experience. My husband was at the Libertyville clinic two days ago and tested positive for influenza B. I began coming down with something just over 12 hours ago and went to the Round Lake Beach clinic. The nurse practitioner wouldnt prescribe tamiflu even though that is the CDCs protocol. Shed rather I be completely and utterly ill then prescribe a drug used to both treat and PREVENT the flu. She did admit that I would have been given the drug had I been with my husband at the Libertyville location 2 days ago. Her logic for not giving it to me was that it was too late and I wouldnt come down with it...huh? The flu has a 1-4 day incubation period. My husband has been sick for 4 days and I came down with it on the 3rd. This place is a joke.

One of the staff was rude and was not much help!! Went in there to ask questions on 10-14-15 around 915 am, one of the staff did not get there till 930 on a 9 am opening and did not even want to help. Too bad she gave other staff there a bad image.

Was very quick if you schedule an appointment online. Was there a total of 1 hour. And 30 minutes was just waiting. Not bad. Pleasant doctor. Helpful nurse. Overall a good experience.

We took our son there this morning to get a strep test done. Registration, screening and visit with the nurse practitioner were all very fast and informative.

This place is quick and clean the med assistant and nurse practicioner were both pleasant and knowledgeable. There is just 1 doc so be patient.
