I have called and tried to reach a family member that is under the care of Paris Health Care Nursing and Rehabilitation with no success. I have called 27 times in a four day period with no response. The desk nurse always has an excuse of why he cannot take a call. I have called in the morning, mid morning, afternoon, late afternoon, and evening. One nurse informed me that she had unplugged his telephone in his room so that he may get some rest. I am at the point of calling the Tennessee State Police to report my loved one as unresponsive.

My father- in- law was at this facility for 16 months. We live out of state and are so thankful for the care Dad received. He was not the most co-operative person, but they worked wonders with him. When we left after a visit we never worried about his care. And having spent some time with the staff at a short memorial service this afternoon, we realized how much they personally invested in seeing he was cared for and how he personally enriched their lives. Highly recommended.... thanks to everyone who touched Dads life.
