I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit. The intake reception workers were cordial and graciously assisted me with my paperwork. My wait was less than 5 minutes and I was called in before my appointment time. This has never happened in all of the years Ive been seen at other medical facilities. The nurses and techs seem to cooperate among each other as if they are family. These are consummate professionals. I was seen by a doctor and my son by another doctor. They listened to everything we said intently, they were extremely competent and thorough and spent more time with us than we expected. I introduced paperwork to one of the doctors and he seemed happy to complete it without any hesitation. The lab workers were patient and diligent and even though they were very busy they treated us as if we were their only patients. This is an extraordinary group of medical professionals who genuinely seem to care about their patients, who are happy to be there and are committed to quality and compassionate care. Every patient should have the privilege of having services at this facility! Thank you very much!

Very Unprofessional. Last appointment I made, they called and made me reschedule 3 times in a row for my pcp, I ended up having to see another doctor after 3 weeks of trying to get in. Now I just received a call saying I have to reschedule my appointment (thats supposed to be tomorrow) for next week. Youd think a doctors office would be better than that.

I have been coming to this doctor for over a month just to get my babys physical done. Not to mention they didnt even get his led test . and when I got here to there office the doctor still had not filled out his physical paper .. Wow and we always have to wait longer the 45 plus minutes ... Literally I will never come back .

Bad receptionist, I had a appointment and I called cause I was late and they told me it was fine and when I arrive they told me that I was late and they couldnt see me! They always have a bad actitude.
