I called in and asked that a prescription be called in for me. The receptionist asked for my name and phone numbering which pharmacy is like to use. Upon not hearing back for an hour I called and they told me that it would be at my pharmacy within an hour. I got to the pharmacy and my prescription was no where to be found. I called the clinic and she assured me it was sent The pharmacy suggested I wait 10-15 minutes and come back. Still no prescription. I called the clinic again and the receptionist became very rude. She insisted she called me and told me she sent it to another pharmacy which she did not. I went to the other pharmacy and they did not have my prescription. The pharmacy had received a prescription for someone with my name but not my DOB. I called fast pace back again and she said I did not give her my DOB (she never asked and had my number to confirm) and she was sending it over now. An hour later the prescription was still not at the pharmacy. The pharmacy assistant called the clinic and was finally able to speak with the prescriber directly. So from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm I spent playing phone tag and pharmacy hopping for an inhaler for bronchitis. Thanks FAST pace.

Not a happy customer!! Entered the building at 11:00 am and waited for 20 minutes to be seen; I was the only person there. After being called back to an examination room, I waited another 30 minutes for an aid to discuss symptoms etc. After the aid left I waited another 30 minutes for a NP to discuss symptoms that had already been given. Recommendations were given and she departed. I was told to wait for a shot. After waiting another 20 minutes, I opened the door and overheard a discussion of whether or not my shot had been given, I exclaimed that I was still waiting. The aid arrived and apologized, stating, "Im sorry we didnt know that anyone was here". I left the building at 12:54. This needs to be rectified! Unsat service! Zero URGENCY on their part!

The receptionist liked skipping over me even when I had waited in line to schedule an exam. She was terrible and made small talk with people instead of setting me up to be seen. I was tempted to just grab the stack of forms behind her desk and just fill them out myself. I ended up just leaving. For a place called Urgent Care, there was nothing urgent about it and I didnt feel or even get cared for. They also wouldnt accept my insurance because it is Tricare Prime. I said that I would pay out of pocket and as I was getting my debit card out of my wallet she started helping someone else out instead of getting me my forms.

Wonderful place. They are all very nice kind people who just want to help you get the medical attention you need quickly. When I saw them they were packed and it still only took about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time i walked in to the time i walked out. They new what they were talking about and were very professional. I had zero doubts about there diagnosis and I feel better already.

Walked in with a head wound. Bleeding was severe. The staff surrounded me and began treatment before they even knew my name. They stabilized me and had me transported to MCCH. Where I was given treatment and then driven home. Thanks for your care.

My grandson was visiting from out of town and became ill. We took him to the clinic and got in right away. We were treated with fast, friendly, professional care by Jennifer Hudgin and her staff.
