Dr. Soriano (and Dr. Astacio) has been our family pediatrician since my 17yr. old was 4. They both are excellent at communicating with both parents and children. Ive never seen another Doctor grab a reference book from their office to show pictures of the diagnosis and then so thoroughly explain the illness and treatment - along with the things that it COULD have been, and the reasons they were ruled out of the diagnosis! They have also cared for all 8 of our foster children and treated them just like they were one of our own children. Our visits are always handled so professionally and so courteously, I cannot say enough good things about not only Dr. Soriano, but also for the staff at McDonough Childrens Specialists - especially Ms. Felicia, who has always taken such wonderful care of my girls and helped me out on so many occasions!

Called to ask a few questions about scheduling a new patient appointment. Brittany who answered the phone was rude, would not let me finish my questions before cutting me off or putting me on hold. If Im having this many problems before even making an appointment, I cannot imagine the issues I would have in the future. Taking my family elsewhere.

Dr. Carlos Soriano is been my family pediatrician since my 8 year old boy was born, always so polite and professional with me and my kids, he taje his time talking and interacting with the kids
