The doctors, nurses and pas are fantastic. Like, really fantastic. But not worth dealing with the FRONT office staff. I have had nothing but terrible experiences regarding paperwork, referrals and the general hospitality of the front office. First I was greeted with resistance when asking for a 3300 for my sons headstart program last school year. The lady told me they wouldnt fill it out because they wouldnt have the information until his well check months later, although we had just had an appt in which they had done all the tests. Instead of simply checking my sons file, the woman talked down her nose from atop her pedestal explaining why I was wrong and she was right. She continued to argue with me until I insisted she looked at his paperwork. Finally she did and reluctantly apologized, then said shed have the paper for me the next day. A week later still nothing. (Ive since found out that was the physicians delay, and the woman in the office is only responsible for her chronically unplesant demeanor.) They finally faxed it to my sons headstart the day after I went in and asked for it again. Then when my son needed an autism referral - they gave me the number of a psychologist who didnt do screenings. Then one who didnt take my insurance. Finally I was told I would just have to find my own provider and let them know. Thanks. Oh and if you cant drive across town to talk to them in person, because oh, I dont know... you have a job or responsibilities, or LIFE...And you have to call them - good luck. It will take you days to hear back from the front office and when you do, youll talk to 3 different people who are not familiar with your child or your needs. OH. And do you need/want a copy of your childs shot records? Better bring your wallet. If you lose them, have separate households, or have any need or desire to have another copy - $15 per child. For JUST shot records.

Loved Dr. Homer and Ms. Marcia but they are too slow. The last visit with my son was awful we waited 45 minutes and once we were seen the nurse stuck me with the needle and barely got the vaccine in his leg. I am so disappointed with this practice. I really hoped my son was going to grow with this practice.

Im the parent to 2 young adults who have been seeing this Dr. since B4 he began his private practice. I wouldnt take them anyplace else! He and his Associates are the BEST! You cant go wrong with this Pediatrician...and hell see them up to age 21. "We love Doctor Homer"

Love this place and the staff! They are very compassionate caring and considerate! If youre looking for a Doctor Who will take his time to diagnose your child properly this is the place that you want to be!

Dr Homer is awesome. I work at a different pediatric office but I bring my kids to him only. The care that he gives to my children is top of the line. He is very down to earth and my kids love him.

Love the doctors but the wait is far to long. If I didnt like the doctors I would look else where the long wait is absolutely ridiculous.

Love Dr.Homer but these people move so slow made a appointment at 2:45 and here I am sitting about 40 mins later very inconsiderate
