I hate to have to write this review, but I think it is fair that people who are not familiar with this office know what they will be dealing with. We have been visiting this office for over 6 years and unfortunately the customer service has become very poor over the past few years. We will no longer be visiting this office after having several negative experiences with the front desk, weather it be over the phone or in person. They will tell you one thing over the phone and then when you arrive for the appointment they will tell you something totally different. Even Dr. Cotton told me he would personally call me the next day to work something out and I have yet to receive a call back a week later. I have called twice and I am told I can leave a message and someone will get back to me. They never get back to you. Like I said it is very unfortunate because we used to love this office, but there is no accountability anymore. I hope Dr. Cotton will make changes to his staff and hopefully not lose any more long time clients.

Dr.coton is very good we had a very good care for our daughter since she was little, but his staff needs a good customer service education.
