My daughter has been going to Dr Ramani for almost two and complaining of stomach pain. We were told over and over that its acid reflux and constipation. For the past two weeks every time my daughter ate something, she got sick! I finally told them I wanted blood work. I waited for the results on my chart and it was showing my daughter had inflammation in her body. I called Dr Ramani right away and she said she forgot to check the results and would call me back. Two hours later she called and said we could wait for someone to call back or go to the emergency room for further testing. I decided to go the emergency room and when additional testing was performed, the emergency doctor, the surgeon and I thought my daughter should be admitted for additional testing. Dr Ramani fought us for 7 hours and then finally agreed to let her stay when we brought in a GI doctor. Late that night, I found out that my daughter has been suffering from Crohns disease. Dr Ramani came in the next day and said we should go home! Dr Ramani said there was a few of $1000 every night of my daughters stay and if I had to pay it, I wouldnt keep her there. Well let me tell you something Ramani, I do t care how much it costs or how hard I have to fight, my child comes first! Once again, the nurses and I were fighting for my daughter! On the third day my daughter had surgery and stated IV medication. Shes home now and on oral medication. She has an autoimmune disease and has to have infusions 5 times in the next 8 weeks and then every 8 weeks for the rest of her life! I would never recommend this so called doctors office to anyone! Not to mention Ramani keeps her dog at the office and it tries to bite my 15 year old son for no reason! If youre reading this Ramani, you are ring in every way for the way you treated my family and I would never put a childs life in your hands!

I didnt like her from the moment my daughter was born. I give people chances and I gave her to many, Im a first time mommy and I wonder about different issues that come up constantly. She constantly makes me feel stupid for asking different questions, she never acts like she cares about your child she has a dog in the office and it tried to bite my mother in law two different occasions. Today my daughter had some issues that concerned me I called after hours to ask what to do, needless to say while I was on the phone with her she was talking to someone in her house hold instead of reassuring me, she told me to not worry and she will check her out if I bring her in in the morning. Well in the morning I will be making calls for new doctor and will not be coming back to your office ever agian. Sorry to the people that take your children there.. I do on the other hand absolutely love her nurse Ashley! She treats us so nicely and dont look at us like idiots! She read this review and called to apologize and I now feel bad cause non of this had to do with her! When you get your own office Ill be there!

Among other doctors offices I have taken my kids to, Dr. Ramanis was the best choice for me !! When I called for an appointment, urgent or not, the office was wonderful at making sure I can get in within the same day or next. I am so impressed with the way they handle their clinic.. my child needed to see a neurologist and their office did all the work for me ! They called different places to see which would accept my insurance, as well as who could see my son the soonest.. they even booked the appointment for me. I was impressed considering no other offices have ever went out of their way like this for me ! Ashley the NP they have there is phenomenal ! She is so sweet and kind, she makes sure all my questions and / or concerned are answered, and that I have all the information I need before I leave, I would defiantly recommend this office to any family who just wants to get their concerns taken care of ! Thank you Dr.Ramani and Ashley, I appreciate all of your help!

I have been using this location for a few years. I am done with them. They are rude. The doctors treat you like you are stupid. They dont work with you at all. They tell me all the time that there is nothing wrong with my kids so I end up taking them to med express and getting different diagnosis. One time my child threw up all over the nurse and they still proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong

Dr Ramini has NO compassion and thinks shes all that. You might be smart but have no common sense. Someone needs to turn you in and have you re-evaluted. Telling kids they are fat is so stupid! If my son is fat then why did the hospital say hes underweight? Answer that one smart lady!. You need to retire before you loose your license when a child dies from your your thoughtless ways!!!!!

I just love Dr Ramani and the whole staff at her clinic, she and her staff are very professional , and the dog oh my gosh the kids "and the adults" love the dog. i know many families that go to this clinic and they all love it as well .If you are looking for an A+ pediatric clinic in saginaw you owe it to yourself to go check out Dr. Ramani

Ive been taking my 3 and a half year old twins here since birth. Love the office and the staff! Ive only ever had one negative experience and in the end I realized had I not been so sleep deprived i wouldnt have even gotten upset. They are definitely one of the better pediatric offices around.

She literally screamed at me for taking my daughter to the emergency during a severe allergic reation, told me next time bring her directly to her office which is about 20 minutes away from my home. Took her today and was told if we didnt wait to find another doctor. Shes a terrible doctor.

We love doctor Ramani she has been my kids doctor for years! (15) We love the staff they are very friendly and helpful. (Always smiling ) I would recommend her .. You dont leave her office with out being on the same page!!!
