Worst dentist you could ever possibly imagine. I went to as a child for many years. He lied and claimed to use novacaine, in fact charged my parents for novacaine and never used it once. I didnt know the difference until I had to have a root canal, that hurt less then any cavity filled by Dr. Katz. At that point I realized what real novacaine was and my parents took me to a real dentist that didnt lie or charge us for things that they never used. Dr. Katzs office also would not send my x-rays and therefore my new dentist had to redo all of them. There are many good dentists in Annapolis, I would strongly suggest finding a different one.

If I could give this guy a negative star I would. My son ended up in John Hopkins to have surgery because of this guys incompetence. Whenever Dudley Katz name or practice was brought up at Hopkins doctors would frown and recommend seeing another dentist. Even though my son seen Dudley Katz regularly as Mr. Katz would recommend he failed to see any problems with my sons teeth. This incompetence caused two adult teeth at eleven years old to be destroyed. I would seriously not recommend this physician or his practice! Wish I had never heard the name Dudley Katz!

The Dudley Katz dental practice is simply exceptional. The patient experience is professional and the environment is comfortable. Everyone in the office is kind and likable, further making every visit a pleasure. My family of six has been patients of Dr Katz and his associates for a long time and would very highly recommend them to anyone needing only the best dental work. Absolutely the very best dental practice in the business!

Dr Katz has always made my kids dental experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible. He is a great dentist and a very nice guy. My kids actually ask when their next appointment is and remind ME to make one if they are overdue!
