I am an unhappy patient! I think that the front desk is unprofessional, RUDE and discourteous to patients. You have to wait for her to finish her personal business before you are acknowledged. Unfortunately, Dr. Johnson does not see this as unacceptable behavior. On the other hand Dr. Johnson and the technician are very pleasant. It is a shame they allow the front desk to run off patients. She does the bare minimum for the patient. I work in the health field and know what our company does for their patients and would never have a front desk that treats them in such manner. I do not recommend this place based on that evaluation. -dissatisfied patient

Wow..I just called to place a new appointment (6.17.15). Not a very customer service oriented person answered the phone. In fact, she was obstinate to me from the beginning. I think I really picked a bad time to call. I decided to hang up after her third sentence to me was "YOU need to answer my question FIRST"! I told her nevermind, I do NOT need to do business with this office. This office should have their receptionist extend a little courtesy and a little less attitude. They just lost 4 potential new customers.

Super friendly staff! Dr. Johnson was incredibly thorough and explained everything. I havent had an eye exam this great in a long time! If the front desk staff was unfriendly before, they must have replaced the offending person. Im so glad I went to Boerne Vision Center!

I am a new patient to this Office. I was referred there by my boss. I can honestly say that both of my experiences have been positive ones. I feel that Dr. Johnson is very caring and professional. I would recommend this place.

I have been to Dr Johnson and have also taken my elderly father to her. She caught his macula degeneration and sent him to a specialist. We have been very pleased with the care we have received. No problems with the front desk.

We were the only people in the waiting area and waited almost 45 mins to get called back and then an additional 50 mins in the room before the doctor even stepped in. The front desk was unprofessional and rude
