Dr. McAskill looked at the conditions I came in for and made no comment. When I asked about it, he gave no explanation why I am being referred to a plastic surgeon. He inferred as I asked questions that I wanted him to commit fraud. As I asked questions without answering them, he said he didnt want to "fight" with me. I simply asked for an explanation!
