Call their nation-wide number to make an appointment, because they do not answer the phone number listed for this location. It is a single nurse in a small one room suite of a large office complex. I needed to call the nurses cell phone to get her to open the outside door to the building. They do not take insurance, and some vaccinations can be very expensive. I paid $600 for three vaccinations plus $70 for the visit. You can get price quotes over the phone. They give you a receipt that you can mail to your insurance company, which may or may not reimburse some of the cost. They are fast and carry less common vaccinations which my primary doctor did not offer.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I got four shots and it costed me $400. The nurse will recommend you EVERY immunization shot she can get you to take. I later went to a travel doctor at Swedish Hospital and he said some of my shots were unnecessary. She will also recommend 4 types of malaria pills, all of which are expensive which directs you to Doxycycline which is most expensive. She tells you Doxycycline has no side effects but it actually causes stomach bleeding. Go to a real doctor. This place is a rip-off.

Im travelling to Ethopia and got my vaccinations here, the nurse was knowledgable, friendly, and fast. They had everything I wanted in stock (compared to Walgreens which would have had to special order some items) and I wasnt pressured into getting anything. The only con is that its fairly expensive ($80~$160 per vaccine + $70 office visit), but otherwise it was a great experience.

The service was great, but they never answer their phone, so it was very difficult to make appointments. I also left several messages and they never returned my call.
