I drank bad water while backpacking. Woke up really sick and this is the closest urgent clinic to my home that opens the earliest. I get there at 7am and forgot my insurance card. I tell the lady why I am there and she asks me if I need to see a doctor....hm. Yes? Isnt that why I am here? I also tell her that I forgot my insurance card and I can email it because I dont have a print out on me. She said that she cant give out an email address and I can go across the street to print one out when the place opens or I can pay. I tell her no I cant do that all I have is my ID on me and she said that they couldnt see me. So I left and went to a real urgent clinic where I was able to email someone my insurance card. I will NEVER go to any healthworks ever again nor will I recommend this place.

My sister was a walk-in with ear problems. The doctors treated her and gave her a prescription as you would expect. She paid in full that day, but got a bill for the same amount later on. When she called them to ask what was going on, they said they couldnt help her and sent her to a national call line. When she tried the national line there was mysteriously no one answering in any department, during the day on a normal business day. She sent proof of payment with her bill. They sent her another bill with a threat of taking her to a collection agency. Shes sending more proof, copies of receipts and such, but I have a feeling were going to have to pay twice. Theyll probably send yet another bill if we do though. Total scam. Dont trust this place.

The worst! Went for a job related injury. Empty waiting room yet had to wait for an hour. Doctor wants to push physical training that means extra travel time, gas usage, extra time from work, extra money and didnt even help me with the current pain. She was afraid Id get addicted to pain killers RUDE. Detour around this clinic incompetent workers and did not help, no attention for my feelings and made me feel like a potential drug addict. Could use a lesson from better more competent physicians.

Very Bad Experience! I went for a upper respiratory infection, they misguided me as normal cold. They took 2 mins to diagnose and they dont do proper job. The front desk person was not helpful even though i wanted to pay their bill
