This place is AWFUL!! Do not go to this place if you dont have to. Took my brother there for a check up after he suffered a traumatic brain injury and this place was a joke. He needed refills on his Rx from the hospital and they prescribed him the wrong meds - one of which was never fixed by them - had to go to another doctors office to get the correct Rx. This place wouldnt write a referral for a neurologist even though the neurosurgeon said he needed to see one. Seamar said it was a frivolous request. WTF?! Hello, brain injury! They also wouldnt sign off on his admittance to an assisted living facility because they thought it better he live with me even though he needs 24 hr care. The social workers had to convince Seamar to write the order! (insurance company wouldnt pay for the assisted living without the doctor referring it.) Ive been to some bad doctors offices before but this place is shamefully bad and I would never trust this place to provide appropriate care for myself or my loved ones.

My infant daughter fell off the bed. Called Sea Mar at 12:30 to see what I should do, like take her in or not. Was told Id get a call back soon. An hour goes by and they havent called back and Im a first time mom worries sick about her so I decide to the emergency room. Got there at about 2. As we were being discharged from the hospital at 4:30, Sea Mar FINALLY called me back. Only to tell me to take her to the emergency room. SERIOUSLY!? It took 4 hours for Sea Mar to tell me to take her in!? Thank god I was smart enough to take her in earlier. I cant believe they would wait 4 hours to tell me to take my INFANT in after FALLING. Ridiculous.

Came here from the Everett Clinic because they stopped accepting my insurance, got a new primary care physician and have come in several times for various reasons in the past year or so without any issues whatsoever. People are friendly, informative, flexible with scheduling, and always let me know if anything is running late. I have no reason not to recommend them.

Stay away from this place... 0 customer service. Got here in time they cancelled 1 of 2 appointments. The place has no other patients waiting. We sat for over an hour waiting on a shot. Could have gotten more help if they put a dead horse in the back with a sign in its ass saying customer service. Big time joke.
