Called for nearly two weeks trying to make an appointment, was first transferred to their access line which immediately hung up on me. Kept calling access line for a week, was automatically hung up on 3 times and left two more voicemails over the course of several days. One voicemail was returned a week later, and I finally got to talk to an actual person! This person then insisted I must be transferred to the access line, despite this line not working, and unsurprisingly this line automatically hung up on me again. This has been a nearly two week process to make an appointment and I have still yet to talk to a single person in admissions. Just awful and frustrating. Mental health shouldnt be something thats ignored for weeks on end by receptionists that wont return messages. I have no idea how even enrolled patients can make an appointment as it took over a week to talk to anyone at their regular number.

Staff is friendly when you can actually get ahold of anyone. The problem is its near impossible to do that. Four out of five calls go to voicemail and it will often take days for somebody to get back to you if you hear back from anybody at all. Miss an appointment at your own peril, your scheduling could be in limbo for weeks. Even worse if you have a medication you need refilled. Have fun with your withdrawals.

They cancel appointments with no reason and no rescheduling. They make it extremely difficult and stressful to be seen and get the required medication you need.
