Save yourself the frustration. While I found the Dr and the reception/equipment people okay I have a billing issue that I have just resolved after 1 year. They billed this to my insurance as an out of network dr by using the wrong name for the Dr. then after the claim was corrected they still tried to bill me as if it was an out of network claim. Additionally when i went fro my sleep study the tech spent the time telling me how he had been up partying all night and was tired, he stun of Cigarettes and BO, and they had the music playing so loud in there monitoring room falling asleep was made more difficult in an allready uncomfortable situation. The final straw for all this is they promised me a 250 credit and when i spoke with Monique who is their customer service person she claimed they sent it out (i never got it) wat BS. I will make my final call to their Manager who gave me her cell and now has not returned 3 callls (2 week period)..Seriously save yourself the frustration..

Saw Helena for my regular check up. She was pleasant and knows how to read and evaluate the electronic feedback from the CPAP. I wish the CPAP were a full answer to my fatigue. Its not. That has no reflection on Helena, of course.
