Everyone here was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. You can tell that they go the extra mile to help their patients feel at ease. The office is also very clean and orderly and it was not busy at all on the day which I visited. I had an appointment and was seen promptly. All of my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. Its also easy to find, has a large parking lot and, (at least on a Thursday afternoon) there was no one outside picketing which is always a nice bonus.

This Planned Parenthood is the worst by far! As soon as you walk in, you are not greeted by anyone with a smile. The office is cold and unwelcoming. I felt like I was being judged as soon as I walked in. I also called to get my prescription filled and the phone rang for 14 minutes before someone picked it up.

Easy to use in our neighborhood. Clean and nice office. The main thing is a very helpful staff. All of them. I really appreciate their help and care of my kid. Folks, dont be in nervous anxiety, give them a little bit time and they do the best for you! Thanks for your job!

My appointment was for 10:30a and its now 11:45a and i still havent been called. Unprofessional. On top of that they put me down for a different reason than i called in for and now im waiting for a room to open up. This is a waste of my time. Ridiculous.

Nice enough staff... Takes way too long to be seen, been here an hour and still waiting to be called. If youre in a hurry, definitely go to another office.

Even if you make an appointment there is a long wait time. After you finally get called in, it takes 30 minutes for someone to assist you.
