Ive been to this clinic to support my mother. I am not a patient, but I help my mother with 90% of her health dealings. The clinic is clean and thats the most you can boast about. The communication between patient and doctors/nurses is abissmal. The doctors here dont seem like they care about their patients at all. Since my mothers Doctor is on vacation, the two other doctors she has seen havent helped her with her health issues. They literally told her "I dont know" when she asked what else should she do about her ongoing health issue(s). If your medications that you are prescribing isnt working, wouldnt you at least try to switch to something else? My next step is writing a letter contacting the state medical board, and notifying the California Department of Public Health in regards to the practitioners at this location. If you have had a horrible experience, you should too. These people are not doing their jobs efficiently.

Terrible. This was my 2nd time there and will surely be my last. The first time I was misdiagnosed by a doctor who left the clinic within a week of my appointment. Today, I sat in the lobby for an hour and a half, granted I walked in without having scheduled an appointment, without being helped. The receptionist was very friendly but when she asked a nursing staff about my walk-in she responded negatively. Fed up, I eventually just walked up to reception for a 3rd time and asked to cancel my visit and left. Very disappointed with my experiences. As a hopeful Doctor this is truly upsetting.

Love my Drs!, they do their upmost to help you resolve your health issues asap, an refer you to other physicians as needed. Love the new clinic an new numbers system, with plenty of parking, bathrooms, an seating.
