MY FAMILY AND I ARE FAIRLY NEW PATIENTS WITH OLE HEALTH. I HAVE A 2 MONTH OLD THAT NEEDS HIS 6 WEEK VACCINES AND MY FIANCEE HAD A "C" SECTION BIRTH AND I HAVE TYPE 1 DIABETES THAT IS NOT VERY WELL CONTROLLED. OUR DOCTOR IS SUPER COOL, HELPFUL, NICE, AND MAKES US ALL FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. SO BE THIS AS IT IS, I WOULD SAY THAT ALL 3 OF US ARE IN A STATE OF NEED OF MEDICAL HELP. RECENTLY WE MISSED OUR APPOINTMENTS, THAT WAS COMPLETELY OUR FAULT. HERE IS WHAT I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH; ONCE WE REALIZED THAT WE MISSED OUR APPOINTMENTS WE TRIED TO RESCHEDULE. I CALLED THE OFFICE, (EVERYTIME IVE BEEN THERE THERE WERE ONLY A FEW PEOPLE WAITING AND I ONLY HEARD THE PHONES RING 2 OR 3 TIMES) AND I GOT THEIR RECORDING SAYING, "ALL AGENTS ARE BUSY. PLEASE STAY ON THE LINE AND WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY." & "WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING A HIGHER VOLUME OF CALLS. PLEASE STAY ON THE LINE. SOMEONE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY." I HAD TO LISTEN TO THIS RECORDING FOR LITTERALLY 38 MINUTES. NOW I TOOK WHAT HAPPENED AND THE NEXT TIME I WENT TO MY APPOINTMENT I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM WITH 3 OTHER PEOPLE AND CALLED THE OFFICE JUST TO SEE IF BY CHANCE WHEN I CALLED BEFORE THEY WERE EXTREMELY BUSY. I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR 15 MINUTES, WAS CALLED FOR MY APPOINTMENT, HAD MY CHECK UP AND DISCUSSED A FEW THINGS WITH MY DOCTOR. 20 MINUTES LATER WHEN I LEFT THE OFFICE I WAS STILL LISTENING TO THAT F*****G RECORDING. THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE I HEARD THE PHONE 2 TIMES AND IF THOSE TWO CALLERS EXPERIENCED THE SAMETHING I WAS EXPERIENCING THEY PROBABLY HUNG UP. OLE HEALTH: THE FACILITY IS VERY SANITARY, THE MEDICAL STAFF IS VERY NICE, HELPFUL, THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE THEIR PATIENTS FEEL LIKE THEY ARE GETTING THE TREATMENT THEY NEED AND THEN SOME. THE NURSES ARE POLITE AND HELPFUL, VERY EASY TO TALK TO AND THEY PAY ATTENTION TO YOU WHEN YOU ARE EXPLAINING WHAT YOU HAVE GOING ON WITH YOU. THEIR PHONE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, UPDATED, DEBUGGED OR THEIR STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. HOW IS SOMEONE GOING TO EXPERIENCE HAVING SUCH GREAT DOCTORS THAT GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR THEIR PATIENTS IF THEY CANT CALL AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET IN.....

Im so glad to have a Clinic Ole close to where I live now instead of having to drive all the way to Napa. The staff are nice & my Dr. Is very sweet, friendly, knowledgeable, & seems to really care about me & my health. Im very happy I found her. She gives me the time that I need to talk to her as well. The financial advisor lady is very nice, knowledgeable & helpful as well, helping to see if you qualify for various health insurance & programs.

Well love the doctor but if this place was an E.R everybody would die they NEVER answer the phones literally when I go there for appointments they have like 2 or 3 patients so how in the hell are they busy assisting other callers smh I think I will be changing Pcp this is ridiculous

Went here Instead of napa and got way better service from staff and doctors. The doctor actually cared about me and my health. Thank you ♡
