For the past two months I have been trying to get treated for my ADD/ADHD Ive never in my life thought Id have to jump through all of these loop holes. Firstly I had to get a reevaluation of my existing diagnosis back in 2010. I wasnt able to get in to make an appointment for a couple of weeks, then needing to wait another week to make an appointment with my doctor, to then be told I need a drug test done which I guess is standard for some doctors to do before prescribing medication. Came back negative, then I was told I need to leave another urine sample, another week went by know one has ever called me in regards to my results I have had to message the the Dr through my chart which sometimes can take a couple of days to even get a response back. My drug test came back negative, now I have to make another appointment to discuss care when we already discussed that. All this back and forth is killing me, how hard is it to get treated these days? Apparently it takes forever to get anywhere with this. So here I am waiting yet again (Doctor on vacation) not being in the loop and the lack of communication is so unprofessional. I just want to focus in my work/home life again and feel like a somewhat normal person. I have missed work far to many times and I cant keep up with this anymore, If this keeps on going I will switch providers all together and go to UW medicine.

Provider Dr David cline is excellent. Unfortunately it became very difficult to get appointments with Dr Cline, this was after the passing of their other top dr Craig DeSelms, I switched providers this last year to Dr REBECCA rush peet. Who is also an excellent Dr. Unfortunately it has become difficult to get appointments. I believe they are over scheduling their providers and burning them out. I hope Multicare reads this because it affects patients too. Please help your providers by adding additional staff, and staying closed during weekends. Drs have familys too and they deserve weekends off. Loyal patients will stick with their providers. Providing their providers stick around with the exhaustive scheduling. I entrust my whole familys healthcare needs in Multicare, and I do so for a reason, Trust.

i took my 9 month old soon for his regular check up and the doctor Joey Garcia found out he had an ear infection and prescribed some medication. When I received the bill I was charged twice, once for the check up and another because he had an ear infection. I called Multicare to dispute the bill and after 3 months they decided that I have to pay the full amount. I dont understand why I have to pay twice since the check up is to make sure my son is growing healthy. I told them I will pay the bill but they will never hear from me again. DONT USE MULTICARE MAPLE VALLEY OR DOCTOR GARCIA. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

Complete waste of time if you’re a new patient trying to get an appointment. I just spent 10 mins on the phone while they collected information from me saying that it was necessary to collect before I came in for the first time (down to ethnicity and marital status) only to finally get to the appointment booking where she said “oh I’m so sorry, all of the doctors are completely booked, but I can transfer you to a walk-in clinic.” She didnt even give a first available date – just “I’m sorry, they’re booked”. PERHAPS you should lead with that before wasting people’s time… Unimpressed.

Just okay. The vibe is that physicians have a very specific time line for seeing patients. True or not. Vaccine that needed booster talked about to both temp Dr, and lab tech forgotten by both. Issue I felt needed a deeper look at glided past with a dismissive and perfunctory glance. Been a patient here for a while, and wondering what is happening here. Felt listened to but not actually heard. Staff didnt seem very invested in helping just fulfilling the basics.

My family of six has been going here since they opened. I have been very happy with the care my four children and I have received. The doctors are capable, competent and caring. The wait times are very reasonable. My children see Dr. Garcia and Kerri Orozco. Both are easy to talk to and take the time to explain things. They are among the best pediatricians we have ever had. I highly recommend this clinic.

I originally started going to the old Maple Valley clinic that was across the street from the new building. I am very happy with the new clinic and the only time Ive had a problem waiting was when everyone had signed up for flu shots. Other than that, I love the people there and the service. Connie Hood is my PCP and I am very happy to have her. :^)

very rude person on the phone to make appointments, a Carla, didnt listen to me, just talked over me, her answer to everything was " the system . . blah, blah, blah ... rudest person I have ever talked (?) to in a long time. I would say, what can we do to solve this problem, and she would say, the system etc. etc.

Ive always had a great experience with my providers and the staff has always been great to me and my daughter here until today, Sandra whom I spoke with on the phone today 2:45 1/4/17 is not much of a people person not very professional doesnt seem to fit in with the rest of the caring helpful staff shes a bit rude.

Very efficient and fast service. I waited about 5 minutes and was taken back and the doctor came right in. It was my first visit and she took time to learn about me, know my history and what was important to me. Everyone was professional and kind. Ive referred my friends and family!
