I have had a few experiences at this clinic, One being a massage by Leslie (which was fabulous). I also had accupuncture, which did nothing and the gal didnt seem to be confident in her services, nor did she do a good job explaining what she was doing. As far as the bio-identical hormones go, yes, its a fabulous concept that I plan on partaking in, but go elsewhere as they have been overheard sharing personal patient history and what those patients are being treated for (by name). Last time I went there one of the employees was talking about a patient-by name- breaking HIPPA laws and thier personal information- I happened to know the patient. I have since told others of that experience and the person who they were talking about in front of me (they will not be back either) and others shared stories similar.This makes me very uncomfortable, it IS a small town and I dont want my records being told around town nor do I want to hear about the people I know. After the first experience I thought it was a fluke, now after having more than 1 experience like that from myself and others- I will not be attending this practice again. I do highly recommend Snohomish Natural Health, I have been going there for a little while now and there is much more professionalism and exceptional knowledge by everyone Ive seen there.

What a blessing it has been since our family started going here. Its been life changing since. Cant say enough good or positive things about it. Every doctor, and staff member here is upbeat, pleasant, respectful, and truly cares about bringing natural and no toxic healing to the mind, body, and soul. I was the one saying Id never try acupuncture, but after reading and hearing positive outcomes I thought what do I have to lose. It was my last option besides enduring more pain, deformations or surgeries. Acupuncturist Johnathan is amazing! Hes very professional and knowledgeable. Just another life changing experience for me. Our daughter has never felt better knowing all the sensitivities she has and allergies. Thank you for helping bring balance and healing to our families bodies. Even though its a hit and miss you never give up on us and only see whats going on to get to the root of the matter. drs completely wasted my time and money, on more than one occasion one said she was going to find out my genetic code and look into mast cell research then did not call me for several weeks , Next dr that she pushed me onto said she was going to also get back to me to run many tests then never called, I finally made an appointment ,she ran four blood vials and thats it , same things that have been run many times before , I never felt like these two listened , Dr Thomas who no longer works there was better than this , I came to naturopathic care to have them listen and care and I feel like its the exact same thing I would get from western med and now Im being referred yet again to another dr Its the fact that I really wasnt able to get my questions/ concerns answered Its not a good way to keep patients , I think they could have tried harder

After seeking help from my MD for hot flashes and getting nothing but lost sleep, I decided to self-refer to a ND. Group Health covers Dr. Novins, who has proven to be excellent at what she does. I have relief and am in the process of further treatment for my chronic condition. You DO NOT have to suffer..... I was in disbelief when in only 5 minutes, Dr. Novins told me, this is your problem and I am going to make you feel better.... The blood tests confirmed EXACTLY what she previously diagnosed and yes, with the bioidentical hormone treatment, I have more energy and hot flashes are gone. I am simply amazed.... Lori is an excellent masseuse too.
