Made an appointment two weeks prior to when I needed it and a week before the end of the month bc I knew my insurance was ending on the 31st and I needed my contacts before then. The office cancels my appointment, never bothered to call me or let me know and basically said I cant get an appointment until August. When I told them about my insurance issue they said sorry there is nothing we can do about it. Funny how if you skip your appointment they charge you but when they waste your time there is "nothing they can do". Obviously dont care about their patients. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

I really enjoyed my experience at the facility. The techs were extremely nice and helpful. Jessica the tech that took me back was very sweet and kind. They had nothing but patience with me as I decided between their large selection of glasses. Even deciding on a pair and completely changing my mind last minute. I would recommend this facility to all my friends and family!

First time ever getting glasses, had just tried at another place and the glasses made me feel sick and were not right. I came to this place and they were great. Fit me in because they had an open slot. The Equipment and doctor are top notch. And the glasses I got worked perfectly!
