Waited one hour for my appointment, but it took more than three hours being there. When my glasses came in, I could not see anything close by, and it felt like I was 8 feet tall and the floor was very deep. When I called back, I was told to come back. Went back only to be told that someone will call me the next morning. The next day no one called me, so I called and was told that come in again. When I got there, it felt like it was my fault that i had i issue with the new prescription. Then I was taken to the back room to tell me that I may need different glasses such as bifocals or progressive and the owner asked if I was told that. Of course not was my answer. He told me that these glasses are good for seeing faraway but not close by and no one told me that. Had to wait again to have my eyes rechecked to have another prescription filled out. So far, not happy with the store and how they are handling to solve the problem. I shouldve listened to my friends not to go there, and I will never go there again. So far, the only person that is not blaming me is the manager Nicole. I will update my review after my new glasses come, if necessary.

(Aug. 25, 2016) Horrible service!! Arrived 15 minutes before our appoint since it was our first time at this location, advised a staff member rhat we had an appointment and we were asked to have a seat. While seated we noticed others that had arrived after us as well as some staff members going outside to check out a friends car. 30 minutes into our sitdown (45 minutes after we arrived) we approached the counter to see how much longer the delay would be. Apparently thr lady that advised us to have a seat shoulf have guided us or pointed us to the counter when we arrived, when the asked who advised us to have a seat the facial expression lead me to believe this was not the first time an error was made. We were then kindly asked if we could come back around 2pm as the doctors were going to lunch, great way to fix the error after 45 minutes of sitting around and never being approached. I would never return to this or any other vision works and will definitely not recommend this location or any location to anyone!!!! Enjoy your lunch doctors!!!!

A lesson in leadership and management: VisionWorks: most everyone "going thru the motions", getting it done, as long as "it" requires little effort. LensCrafters: people with the latest tools going out of their way to give a stellar customer experience, accomodate your needs, know your name, and get YOU what YOU need. No Im not a LensCrafters employee...just a customer who got my money back from VisionWorks (and my old lenses fished out of the garbage and handed to me) and then went to LensCrafters...the difference was striking. If you want to train employees about customer service, go to LensCrafters and watch Bridgette work for 30 minutes.

Im giving them 4 stars because Dr Malik was amazing and the girl at the front desk was nice enough to get my script figured out for me even though she was already busy with a lot of other things. They were very busy and way understaffed I felt terrible for the people waiting I can see where this would turn people away. As far as the review saying they push the expensive glasses on you it was quite the opposite for me I wanted the Kate spade and they told me maybe to start with something less expensive until Im ready to commit to a particular style and all the bells and whistles I recommend going early am and never go after 3:00 pm

Staff was helpful and polite, BUT it has been a week and they say it will be 4 more days (11 total if they come in on time) until I get my glasses. The glasses I lost came from Lens crafters down the street and it took 3 days to get them. I went to VW this time because I found that I had some insurance coverage with them. Bottom line the final price at V W with insurance was almost the same as LC with sale and discount they gave me.

I called them and set an appointment for an Eye exam, just to find out they take my insurance for the exam and not the glasses, how inconvenient I would have never bothered getting the exam there if I knew that. But at least it was quick service for the exam, I would have liked to have that information before hand though now I gotta go somewhere else for my glasses still

I went to this location because they advertised 2 pair for $69.00. Upon completing my examination I asked the lady at the store for 2 frames that were on sale but she refused selling them to me stating they were cheap and wanted to sell me two frames for $7 00.00. I explained to her that I wanted the 2 for 69.00. She refused so I walked out.

The communication at this store is horrible - ordered contacts and never received a call back after my prescription. Called 3 different times and each employee says my contacts are on their way. Their attitude is as if Im bothering them! Its been over 2 weeks and it was only supposed to take up to 10 days.

I take my children here every year for their eye exam. The optometrist found something suspect in my sons exam and referred him to an opthomologist for a further exam. Unfortunately, it was more serious and I am grateful that the doctors at Visionworks were competent enough to see that.

Extremely satisfied with the experience I had here from beginning to end. The Dr I had was very thorough. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I love the glasses that the lady helped me pick out. They are a busy store but do everything they can to provide good customer service!

Jacque was extremely helpful. I was able to purchase 2 frame due to her help. I was totally unaware of the current offer. Thanks to her I was able to take advantage. As a Manager at a car wash 1 frame is not enough. So being able to purchase 2 for the price of 1 was Awesome!!! Thanks
