Very disappointed. Set up an appointment a month in advance and took a vacation day for the appointment. When I got there they did not have me on the schedule which was odd because the person I made the appointment with took down my insurance info, address etc. the front office staff was very unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate me. The front desk girl didnt even check with the office manager or doctor to see if they could fit me in due to this mishap. She didnt even ask if I would like to reschedule my appointment. Just, sorry and told me I should have gotten the name of the person who scheduled my appointment. As if it were my fault. He may be a good doctor but if you cant get in to see him after waiting a month, it means nothing. The office staff represents the business and they were very laid back and uncaring. You may want to re-train your office staff for professional customer service and at least attempt to accommodate the patient with a sincere apology and an offer to reschedule the appointment. Extremely dissatisfied!

Got nothing but the run around about delay of glasses. Kept blaming the insurance company. I had to insist some one call and find out the problem. Still kept getting different stories. After a month, I called insurance company myself and found it was the office the entire time. I more disappointed that I got a new excuse every time I called and no one was ever honest. We will not be back.

Spent THREE MONTHS going back forth to this place and he NEVER got my prescription correct. I finally got fed up waiting for THREE WEEKS for them to call me to come in and pick up my FOURTH pair of trial contacts. Went to Vision works. He even screwed up my glasses prescription compared to Vision works. Dont go here.

Wish I was able to leave a message cancelling my appointment tomorrow at 11am due to illness. Now I can only give 2 hour notice in the morning. You might want to invest in a better answering system or add an email address to your website. My first appointment so cant fully rate this practice.

Doctor rushed appointment. Had nothing but trouble. With my glasses . had to bring them back. Three times as lenses kept. Popping out. Will not go back. Very. Disappointed
