Dr. Leach and his staff are truly top notch professionals who truly care about their patients. The entire process was amazing! I was nearsighted, (20/300), and have worn glasses or contacts for 30 years. Now after my Lasik procedure, I have 20/15 vision in both eyes!! I would highly recommend anyone considering Lasik to have a consultation with Dr. Leach and compare him to other doctors. Dr. Leach answers questions thoroughly and takes a personal interest in the care of his patients. From the initial consultation, through all your post operative visits, you always see Dr. Leach. They never treat you as you are just part of an assembly line, like I felt at other Lasik centers. For me, Lasik was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Choosing Dr. Leach as a surgeon was an even better decision!! I just wish I would have done it sooner!! Thank you to everyone at Tampa Eye Laser Center.

26 years old and Ive had to wear glasses since I was 18. Did my research and Dr. Leach is the only Corneal Specialist I could find in the area. Having a Corneal Specialist was a must for me because a recommendation from a Doctor friend and because my vision is vitally important to me. Dr. Leach and his staff were extremely professional and informative from the moment I made the first phone call. I had my LASIK done in January 2017 and the day after surgery my vision was 20/20. Had some slight variations the first few weeks which Dr. Leach told me I would but they quickly subsided. 8 months later my vision is 20/15 and I have no issues at all. Occasional eye drops for dryness but thats it! I love my vision and I am 100% satisfied with my decision to have LASIK and have it done by Dr. Leach. Thank you Dr. Leach and your staff!

As someone who put months of work into researching and visiting various eye clinics I was more than pleased with Dr. David H. Leach and his staff at Tampa Eye Laser Center. Hoping to serve in the military and wanting to keep my options open I opted for PRK instead of LASIK This decision made me very hesitant to actually go ahead and have the procedure done but after sitting down with the staff and Dr. Leach, I was confident they knew what they were doing. To say they knew what they were doing is an understatement, not only is Dr. Leach elite in his field, he is relaxed, warm, and confident and his staff members are friendly and fast. 6 months after my procedure, my eyes are better than 20/20 and I will never think twice about the cost.

I had an amazing experience working with Dr. Leach and his staff at TELC. After my sister-in-law had the procedure done, I got my wife the treatment as a gift. When I saw how great Dr. Leach and the staff handled her, I eventually got a consultation. Second best decision I ever made in my life (1st was marrying my wife)! Absolutely worth every dime. They make it affordable and Dr. Leach is perfection. As many other reviews stated my vision is 20/15 and has opened up a whole new world that corrective lenses could not. I see colors more vivid and any seasonal allergies that I had were totally gone (due to not having to touch my eyes with contacts). Best investment for oneself that I could ever recommend. Thank you, Dr. Leach and staff!

After having several friends and acquaintances going through LASIK at Tampa Eye Laser Center with Dr. Leach, I finally decided to go in for a consult to see if I was even a candidate. Its scary to have someone "mess with your eyes", but the staff was understanding and accommodating about anxiety and all questions. Even during the procedure itself, Dr. Leach and all of the staff members were very calming and explained what was happening so I was never surprised and it was all over in a snap. Ive worn glasses since elementary school, so its so weird to wake up and be able to see with 20/20 vision! If youre considering LASIK, I cant recommend Dr. Leach and Tampa Eye Laser Center enough.

I can see better than ever! I am 23 years old and have been wearing glasses/contacts for 19 of those years and never have I had a pair of contacts or glasses that nade me see this clear. Its like night and day. I am on day 10 and vison just keeps getting sharper and sharper everytime k wake up in the morning. And not to mention the beautoful facitly and staff that treat you like a king! Thank you for my new eyes Tampa Eye Laser Center! Would recommend Dr. Leach to anyone! Took his time making sure every single thing was in order for me to have perfect vision.

I just had my last follow up appointment after Lasik surgery with Dr. Leach. He and the entire staff are so friendly, informative, thorough and excellent at their jobs. The office is beautiful, clean and easy to find. They gave me great information at my initial evaluation, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The Lasik surgery was a breeze and i now have 20/15 vision in both eyes! I would HIGHLY recommend the Tampa Eye Laser Center to everyone & anyone.
