This is the worst place ever to get glasses . Lens pop out took it back less then 24hrs took 2 and half hrs to fix then a week and a half later same thing . Manager said she would order new lens this was on a Monday and they should be here no later then Thursday called and they said they was not there its the labs fault they needed the frames nothing was never said about that 3 days earlier and was told they would be here no later then Monday and this was on a Thursday said ok . Call on Monday still not here call Tuesday still not here Wednesday still not here Thursday still not here . Call to find out y not and get hung up on call right back I dont even get to say a word put strait on hold waited 15 mins still no one hung up called right back and no answer . So dont ever go to this place its always the labs fault not theres. Worst customer service I have ever had !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Examination very thorough one of the best Ive had. I found everyone very nice and they have a great process as one person starts the exam and the Dr. does the detailed exam. I had no problems at all except experience delays in getting my contacts. So maybe suggest a proactive followup about week after they are ordered. Just wanted to add I called today (day 13) to see if my trials came in yet. Was advised yes but there are 3 different kinds ... I said I will just pick them up and try each one and let them know which worked best for me.

Terrible!! I recommend to never go.There is a Hispanic lady in the front she was very disrespectful SHE SAID I was 30 min late when I was 10 min late because I got out of school and she had it was my fault! NEVER GO!!!!

Waited over an hour and a half just to find out they could not do a fitting for a contact lense I told them on the phone I needed. What a waste of time. Will never go back or recommend. Less than 1 star.

Terrible customer service. We get excuses as to why our order has not been received >5 weeks. The customer is the one that needs to be proactive, the office seems to accept the issues.
