The first visit the staff was very nice and pleasant.. My 2nd visit it just gets better I brought my boyfriend son with me and Dr.H interacted well with him while servicing me at the same time made him felt included. Asking him about school and what he wanted to be when he grow up future spinal surgent. I also received great information about getting private insurance instead of paying for insurance through my employer from his staff. This will allow me and my boyfriend to become covered under the same plan and save a lot of money.. I recommend them to everyone. They take their time while servicing you. Thats what I love because it lets me know they care about your vision and they love what they do.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The two women who run the pre-eye tests and assist with glasses & contact fittings are very kind and helpful. Doctor Matthew Helsing is the best Ive come across in years. He takes his time, no rushing here. He explains what the tests do and what your results mean in a way you can understand. He also does a great job of building rapport as he sees you as more than just a number and one time visitor. Side note - the office is in the back of the building with parking on the side of the building.

I have a been a patient of this practice for years. I recently had my yearly annual exam and was pleasantly surprised by a new doctor. Dr. Helsing is very professional and knowledgable. The exam was thorough, yet efficient... with no wait time. The office staff is friendly and very helpful, and there is a good selection of frames to choose from. I would recommend this practice for all your eye care needs! Great location, price, doctor and staff!

I have been going to Dr. Green for over 20 years. When I went for my yearly exam I was seen by Dr. Helsing. Exam was very thorogh, Dr. Helsing is very knowledge and professional. I needed to get new frames and the office staff was very helpful picking out frames that would look nice on me. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. I would recommend this practice for all eye care.

Dr. Helsing and his staff are friendly and knowledgable. I did not have to wait to be seen for my appointment. They have a good variety of frames and helped me to pick just the right ones. They took the time to explain what my vision plan covered and exactly how much I would owe out of pocket.
