I have been seeing Dr. Stanley for several years now. Dr. Stanley and the ladies that perform the initial eye exams have always been very helpful and professional. However, over the years, the customer service of the front office staff, specifically the ones that "sell" you the glasses/lens has diminished drastically. My recent annual exam went as it normally does. Eye exam... not much has changed.... Since Ive been in the same lens for a few years, I thought it was time to update them especially since theyre scratched up. Not only did I feel that I was being "sold" something I didnt need, they messed up on the order. When I went to pick up my glasses, I essentially paid $150.00 for reading glasses. The gentleman made an error and ordered the wrong prescription. Normally, I wouldnt care BUT they were replacing my lens in the frames I own and wear daily. One week without them was bearable. Im now going on the third week with no glasses. After I asked them to expedite the last order, due to their error. When I called Friday, I was told they would be in today. When I called today I was told they will be in tomorrow. I am officially done with any further purchase from their office. Any business they receive from me will strictly be for an eye exam, IF I decide to remain a customer of theirs. Funny how they cant seem to reach out to me with updates when theres a problem but they were blowing up my email, phone and text message when it was time to come in for a exam.

I came for a check up on my contacts prescription and my first appnt started at 1 and I walked or the door at 3. I had to come back for another appnt since the prescription I received didnt work and the same thing happened came in at 4 got out at 6. Theres lots of waiting involved- from getting a call back from anybody, getting UR call answered, getting UR prescription faxed or printed. The physician also traveled from one room to the other in between patients so despite all the waiting there was also a sense of urgency from the provider during the appnt. The prescription I faxed over from my previous contact lens check was never confirmed to be received despite calling in to check up on it.... I dont even think it was ever looked at so I probably should not have bothered. Overall it wasnt good customer service. I was previously getting my checkup at lens crafters and I intend to go back.

Stay away!!! This place is an absolute disaster! It took over 3 months to get my glasses with frames that were supposedly "in stock". I never received follow up phone calls and had to call on a weekly basis. Every time I called no one knew what was going on and would have to follow up with me (even the same person I had talked to in the prior week). Not to mention I got a different story every week... most of them conflicting with the last information I received. Finally after waiting 3 months I get in to see THEY ORDERED THE WRONG COLOR!!! Yet all the paperwork and computer had the proper color but some person in the store CHANGED the color!!! They refused to correct the mistake because "they were right"! Yet all the paperwork they had given me clearly stated the model/style/color that I wanted which didnt match with what they produced! Long story short... stay away like the plague!!

The worst eye care experience ever!!!!! The Bearss location, with the blonde ditzy dr. The customer service is so low and poor that it makes you want to go some where else and pay to have another exam. I mean why ask the patient what brand they prefer to use if you only want to give then what you want. I came into the office with frames that I had wore for a week that were a good 4 years old. I am a contact user and ran out of them and needed a new exam. I complained that I could not see out of the glasses and that they were my only option and after the new exam she prescribes me a lower prescription than the ones I have. I swear I was so angry that she would not change my glasses I complained that I could not see I want my money back!!!!

I left the Innovision (Bearss) location when I discovered that the retina scan was not saved on their database for the last three years. I spoke with the office manager and she expressed frustration because many off the office staff is relatively new. My husband has Drusen and looking at the historical data of the retina scan was why we were going there in the first place. I am very dissatisfied and have taken my business elsewhere. FYI... if you have a retina scan they charge you extra; they rent the machine that takes the picture and ultimately they blamed it on the "new software" that was the issue. I am sincerely livid about the lack of professionalism evident with the practice.

4th ST location: The doctor was great. The lab and customer service are awful. The receptionist tried to charge me a co-pay after I had already paid $400 for glasses. I went in for an earpiece adjustment (they didnt bother to do that when I picked them up) and they lost a screw, put another one in that was the wrong size and color. The next day, the entire earpiece came off and when I took them back they said theyd need to send them back to the mfr because the problem would most likely keep happening. That was 3 weeks ago and now after calling, I found out theyre on "back order". Worst frame service Ive ever had...

Ive been going to Innovision for years and appreciate the service. I think their fees are reasonable and they have always been professional. I visited another optometrist a couple of years ago and didnt enjoy the experience as much as Innovision so I returned. Even though its a longer drive for me (post-move) I feel comfortable there and I appreciate that Dr. Stanley has been thorough in her examinations. They listen and answer any questions I may have, which I also appreciate. I would definitely recommend Innovision.

Very disappointed with this location. My wufe and I have been patients for years and in the last year our appoints have been cancelled 3 times between February 2015 and September 2015 due to field machine being down. Not to mention it took months for rescheduling to take place and only done because I called to follow up. Not sure what has changed in the last year and a half, but we will be looking for a new eye doctor. Extremely disappointed.

I have been a client of Dr. Stanley and other Drs. at the office since about 2007. While there are plenty of talented optometrists out there and over the past few years their selection of frames has declined. I still choose this location because of the excellent service I have received. The level of professionalism supersedes your average retailer. Thanks!

Unsure why all of the bad customer service remarks. I was in there today and was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, much more than I have received at other medical offices. I had a great experience all around and will be using as my main opthamologist.
