I havent even had the pleasure or displeasure of going to this facility but I gave it a three star simply because I called to make an appointment to be seen; its hard for me to open up and I have a lot going on in my life that I need someone professional to listen and guide me. I spoke with the manager that day who was very kind and helpful but was told I would get a call back later that day to schedule a time to come in, and a week later, I had to be the one to call them. Needless to say, I wont be going there simply for that reason. When someone calls to be seen, it should be taken seriously and not put on the back burner because theyre "short staffed". Make us feel important and welcome...

I have been taking my son here for almost 4 years. He really looks forward to coming here and having someone to talk to. In the beginning he acted out in violence and wouldnt know how to talk clearly. I am now starting to go here for my own personal counseling and see the wonderful help they provide. Everyone seems to have their good and bad days, and havent had any bad services. Though those who had a bad experience or are treated poorly I would suggest to demand Jannet H. She has always addressed my problems & hope everyone will have good experience like I have.

We have been seeing counselors at Center Point for about 2 years now and we love them! The counselors are amazing and the med management team is wonderful as well. The only reason that we do not continue to go there is because of a scheduling issue. They have done everything above and beyond to help us and we are sad to be leaving them.

I have not had anything but problems with this place. I was told when I called that my husband didnt have a say in his daughters tx. They refused to work with us and never asked for any consent to tx his child and acted as though the Mother was the only parent.
