The woman behind the counter seemed like she was on a personal phone call when I was trying to get my follow-up appointment and she kept me waiting. She seemed very bothered by having to do her job. But I could have been wrong. When someone is coming in to seek help we tend to be nervous about this process and a kind person behind the counter can make the whole experience better. But the counselor I met with was great!

i have been looking for mental health services for a while in the last two days i have called five times , no one has answered my calls , this place was reccomanded by a friend , just because of the poor customer service i will not be contacting them for help anymore.
