I like the fact that we were able to schedule appointments within a reasonable time frame and that there wasnt a TV blaring in her waiting room. Her staff did a good job of finding out what my insurance would cover and scheduling appointments. Dr. Schen is likeable and did a good job of explaining what needed to be done. I did not like the fact that they didnt ask before taking lots of x-rays. I also didnt like finding out that if you have a cavity, she doesnt fill it. She preps the tooth and then an EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary) does the actual filling, but you get charged the same as if the dentist did it. Had I known that in advance, I would have done a little more shopping around. I know lots of businesses cut corners to improve profit margins, but I didnt expect to encounter this at my dentists office. Ill report back on how her staff does at providing those services. I miss my old dentist, who actually did the dental work himself , only took x-rays when necessary, and recognized that even if you have dental insurance you pay a significant part of the bill.

Dr. Schen has been my dentist for the past 7 years. The receptionists always greet me with a warm smile. The hygienists are friendly and answer any questions that I have. Dr. Schen and her staff take time to explain what theyre doing and to make sure Im comfortable. I have always had a fear of needles, and Dr. Schen puts me at ease when Ive needed a shot to numb my mouth for a filling. Ive never had a problem with getting an appointment, and Dr. Schen is flexible with my work schedule. I used to brush my teeth with an Oral-B electric toothbrush, but switched to Rotadent per Dr. Schens recommendation. What a difference it has made! I will definitely continue to see Dr. Schen and recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist to call her office.

This past summer I had a lot of dental work done leaving my teeth sore and weak. Some of the Dentists thought that my sensitivity may be due to a cracked tooth, but because no such crack was visible they suggested that I try sensitive tooth paste for a while to see if the problem got any better. The tooth paste alone did not seem to help and it wasnt until Dr. Schen recommended that I try a product Called MI Paste that the pain went away. Dr. Schen was the only dentist of the ones I talked to that uses this product and I am glad that she does. I appreciate that Dr. Schen cares enough about her patients and what she does to stay current with new treatment options that are available.

Went to this dentist office - was not impressed. The people seem nice enough, but there was no communication whatsoever between the office staff which led to mix-ups which were entirely preventable and really should never have happened. In addition the level of cleanliness was lacking - tables were dusty and unkempt, ..... buttons, knobs and switches on dental equipment were grimy and nasty, ......floors/baseboards were dirty. In my opinion, it looks like nothing has been cleaned in years. If they are this unclean in their office environment it makes me wonder how clean they are in their dental procedures on PEOPLE. Will not be returning.

Her office is very comfortable, clean and friendly. I have been going to this office for over 5 years and have had nothing but excellent care. My teeth feel fantastic and look beautiful. Dr and staff are always very kind and professional. She keeps her equipment clean and up to date. Her office is very well taken care of....the waiting room is like a family room! And her knowledge of dental care is superior. My family and I highly recommend this office.

I have gone through quite a few dentist and it was never really the right fit. With Dr.Schen I am just so impressed. She always has all of the answers to my questions that can put me at ease. She is very current in her technology and all of her staff is awesome! Ive had a lot of work done in the past year and she did it all with perfectly. I am so glad someone recommended her to me. I tell everyone I know about her. She is awesome!

I suddenly became a patient when I woke up with severe pain. They took me in right away and were so kind to me. I was treated so well I have decided to change dentists to Dr. Schen and her staff. My needs were managed very quickly and arrangements were made for my treatment. I was very impressed with Dr. Schen and her staff. I highly recommend her to anyone.
