STAY AWAY!! UNPROFESSIONAL! I have never been stood up by a doctor until I met Dr. Diane Cantrell, M.D.--1977 Alafaya Trail #1021, Oviedo Florida, 32765-- I had a 4pm appointment. I got there early around 3:20pm to do her new patient paperwork . As I was completing the paperwork, Dr. Cantrell walked out into the lobby dismissing her current patient. She made eye contact with me, never smiled, and walked back to her office. A minute later she reappeared again with her purse on her shoulder and walked right out of the office. That was at 3:50pm. I waited patiently until 4:30pm before I started asking the front desk girl what was the delay. She stated that the doctor probably left to pick up her child at school. The front desk girl contacted the office manager who claimed that the doctor would be back soon...the doctor never came. What doctor schedules an appointment and then not show up? An unprofessional one!! I was at least expecting the doctors office to contact me once I left or call me the next day---NOTHING! Perhaps, it was for the best that I didnt see her...her new patient paperwork asking me how much money i wanted to spend in her clinic should have been a red flag. I wish she would have not wasted my time!

I went in for a consultation for laser hair removal, I have had it done at other places in the past a number of years ago, but always found it to be extremely painful, so I never even thought of doing it on my arms as it wouldve hurt too much. After searching online for a pain free laser hair removal place in Oviedo, I came across Cantrell MD. I went in for their free consultation and was skeptical. The doctor offered to do a patch test, and to my surprise it was incredibly bearable. I did my full arms and abs there and then bought a package deal (you buy 5 and get the 6 treatment free). Everyone was very friendly and informative. And of course, the laser hair removing was amazing

She is an expert in the field of fillers. She is patient and made me feel comfortable throughout. Shes got an amazing eye and knows exactly where and how to inject to get the most natural result. And she took great precautions to make sure my treatment was performed in the safest manner possible. Im so very pleased! It looks awesome!!

I would give less than one if I could. I had a wart growing underneath my fingernail. She used a laser to get rid of it and amputated part of my bone off. Now my one finger is noticeably shorter than the other and my fingernail will never grow back. She wont even call me back for resolution even though called her twice.

I have been going to Dr. Cantrell for years now and love my results! She is very knowledgeable and always answers my multiple questions. The new staff has made it even better, they are super friendly and helpful!

Dr. Cantrell is so unprofessional. All she care about is your money. The staff is so mean and disrespectful. Worst staff ever. Stay away from this place
