I scheduled an appointment to get a cyst removed yesterday. I told the lady on the phone that it was about the size of a dime. I got called back to see Dr. Dina Hunter at 2:38. She came in, said that because it was a cyst that we would have to schedule another appointment because it would take 30 minutes and that they needed to schedule an appointment that allowed that time slot. She did look at a few of the moles that she could physically see and whatnot but thats about it. I scheduled the appointment in the exam room with the nurse. At 2:50, 12 minutes after I left the waiting room, I was paying $102 (and yes, I have insurance). I literally saw Dr. Hunter for around 2-3 minutes and she didnt really do much of anything. I paid and went to my car. I was so angry! I feel like I just threw away that money for absolutely nothing. If it costs $100 to just LOOK at the doctor, I cant imagine how expensive it would be to actually have her do any work. I wanted to have the cyst removed before my wedding in December but I guess I will just walk down the aisle with it because I cannot afford to have it removed. Its just a shame!

I will never return to this office. Dr. Hunter, who has no bedside manner what so ever, has left a huge permanent indention on my face from a steroid shot to help heal a cystic bump. My new dermatologist said that she use WAY to much medication in the shot, and no amount of make up and can hide it. Did I mention Im getting married in two months? Please do not see this dermatologist. It is worth the wait to see someone who is professional and actually cares about his/her patients.

This place is terrible. Not only was I told not to worry about a cyst that eventually got infected and quite painful but they have no sense of time here. I waited over an hour before even being seen. If you value your health and time literally anywhere else is a better choice.

Dr. Hunter has seen myself and several family members over the years. We have had nothing but positive experiences with her and the office. My sons acne is almost completely gone and I am pleased!
